Proxima Dp6850 Desktop Projector

Remote Control

1) Laser- Turns the red laser pointer on and off. 2) Standby/On- Turns the projector on and off. Press once to turn the projector on and twice to turn off the projector. 3) Video- Scrolls through all available input settings. 4) Blank- Replaces the current screen with a blank screen. Press the button a second time to return the screen to normal. 5) RGB- Scrolls through all available RGB input settings. 6) Disk Pad- Used to navigate the menu when the menu screen is displayed. The Disk Pad adjusts the screen after the Position button has been pressed. 7) Reset- Functions as the reset button when the menu screen is open. Press the reset button to return options to the default settings. After the Position button has been pressed, this button returns the screen to the original 8) Auto- Automatically adjusts the position and screen settings based on the screen currently displayed. 9) Position- Press the Position button once and use the Menu Select buttons or the Disk Pad to move the screen into the desired position. Press the Position button a second time to stop moving the screen. 10) Menu- Opens the menu screen where options such as screen position, brightness, and color can be changed. Press the Menu button a second time to close the menu options. Note: It is not recommended that any of the options be changed. If there is a problem with the screen positioning, use the Auto button. 11) Menu Select- Use the arrows to navigate the menu screen. The center button confirms selections inside the menu options. 12) PnP- Turns the Picture-in-Picture on and off. Use the PnP button to display sub video from the RGB input signals. 13) Reset- Inside the Menu Options, the Reset button gives the option of returning the options to the default setting. 14) Freeze- Use to take a still shot of the current screen. Press the Freeze button a second time to return viewing to normal.
15) Volume- Adjust the sound settings. 16) Magnify- Press the Magnify + button to greatly zoom into an area of the screen. The Magnify reduces the zoomed area. Off-Returns the screen to normal after a screen has been magnified. 17) Mute- Turns the volume completely down. 18) Focus- Manually focuses the projector to eliminate any blur that may be present on the screen. 19) Zoom- The zoom + button increases the overall size of the screen. The zoom decreases the overall size of the screen.

Projector Controls

1) Menu Select- Use the arrows to navigate the menu screen. The center button confirms selections inside the menu options. 2) Zoom- The zoom + button increases the overall size of the screen. The zoom decreases the overall size of the screen. 3) Focus- Manually focuses the projector to eliminate any blur that may be present on the screen. 4) Mute- Turns the volume completely down. 5) Video- Scrolls through all available input settings. 6) Standby/On- Turns the projector on and off. Press once to turn the projector on and twice to turn off the projector 7) Reset- Used to restore options to the default settings.
Note- Only use the projector controls when the remote control is not operational.

HHS Room 3028 Remote control features and Operation Aim the remote at the front of the projector, as the infrared signal is line of sight. Turning on the projector Press the Standby/ON (GREEN) button on the upper left hand side of the remote. Selecting the Input To project the computer or a laptop image, press the RGB button on the upper right corner of the remote control. RGB 1 (used for computer only) RGB 2 (used for laptop) To select the VIDEO input, press the VIDEO button located on the upper left corner of the remote control. Turning the projector off To power down the projector, press and hold the Standby/ON (GREEN) button for several seconds until the unit switches off.
Audio Adjustments Pyramid PR-530A
Select the desired signal source by pressing the amplifier button labeled PC, LAPTOP, or VCR. Adjust the volume level with the large black Volume Knob in the center of the amplifier.
Video Cassette Recorder JVC SR-T5U
To select the VIDEO input, press the VIDEO button located on the upper left corner of the remote control. Verify that the video switcher next to the VCR is on INPUT 1.

Elmo Visual Presenter

To project documents or 3 dimensional objects, press the VIDEO button located on the upper left corner of the remote control. Verify that the video switcher next to the VCR is on INPUT 2.
