CHRYSLER REMOTE START INTERFACE MODULE (2004 & UP)
This unit is used when installing remote start products in vehicles equipped with a transponder or RF (Radio Frequency) based immobilizer syatem. This type uses a chip imbedded in the ignition key to transmit a low powered RF signal. The signal is sent from the transponder to the immobilizers receiver. Once a correct signal is received, the immobilizer will enable the ignition and/or the fuel systems. If an attempt is made to start the vehicle without the valid code, the ignition will be disabled. The immobilizer system will render the remote start useless. The 556UW bypasse the immobilizer system only while the remote start is in use, maintaining the factory systems integrity. Then the remote start system is not in use, the facory immobilizer system is fully functional. Works with any remote start system Compatible with factory anti-theft system 2 jumper selectable antenna ring settings Relayed (+/-) key sense input No programming required

Provides an easy way for interfacing remote start products with vehicles OEM transponder-based anti-theft systems, while maintaining the integrity of the OEM systems. The key must be in the ignition turnedi to the RUN position. If the vehicle does not detect the code being sent, the car will start and immediately shut off and the anti-theft light will flash. The 555CW will provide a valid code to the vehicle when remote started, but will have no affect on the OEM anti-theft system during normal operation of the vehicle. The OEM transponder-based anti-theft system remains fully functional. The Passlock III imobilizer anti-theft system uses a low power transponder in the ignition key. When the vehicle is started, the key cylider module converts the transponder signal & sends a secure coded signal to the engine control module. If the signal is correct, the vehicle will start. The 555GW uses a unique auto-program sequence to learn the secure code and repeats it when remote start is activated, eliminating the need to leave a key in the vehicle. Integrates into the wiring of the Passkey III immobilizer anti-theft system to allow remote start capability, while allowing normal function of the factory anti-theft system. The 555LW GM Passlock interface module is used when installing remote start products in GM vehicles equipped with Passlock & Passlock II anti-theft systems.Easy interfacing while maintaining the integrity of the factory anti-theft system. Interfaces with the Passlock system by providing proper Resistance Code (R-code) at the appropriate time. Also provides, when necessary, a negative signal to the bulb check wire. Has no effect on the Passlock system when not in use. The factory Passlock system will remain fully functional. FORD REMOTE START INTERFACE MODULE
The 555FW interface module is used when installing remote start products in Ford, Toyota and Lexus vehicles equipped with factory immobilizers. Easy interfacing between the remote start & the factory immobilizer, while maintaining the integrity of the OEM system. Transponder-based anti-theft sytems use a small electronic chip to send a code to the vehicles transceiver when the ignition is energized. The key must in in the ignition and turned to RUN position. If no code is detected the vehicle will start then shut off and just crank, and the anti-theft light will flash. The 555FWprovides a valid code to the vehicle when remote started. but does not affect the immobilizer during normal operation, the immobilizer system remains fully functional. Provides an easy way for interfacing remote start products with vehicles OEM transponder-based anti-theft systems, while maintaining the integrity of the OEM systems. The key must be in the ignition turnedi to the RUN position. If the vehicle does not detect the code being sent, the car will start and immediately shut off and the anti-theft light will flash. The 555CW will provide a valid code to the vehicle when remote started, but will have no affect on the OEM anti-theft system during normal operation of the vehicle. The OEM transponder-based anti-theft system remains fully functional. The Passlock III imobilizer anti-theft system uses a low power transponder in the ignition key. When the vehicle is started, the key cylider module converts the transponder signal & sends a secure coded signal to the engine control module. If the signal is correct, the vehicle will start. The 555GW uses a unique auto-program sequence to learn the secure code and repeats it when remote start is activated, eliminating the need to leave a key in the vehicle. Integrates into the wiring of the Passkey III immobilizer anti-theft system to allow remote start capability, while allowing normal function of the factory anti-theft system.
