WARNING: Before use, disassemble and wash all pieces thoroughly and sterilise in an AVENT Express electric or microwave steam steriliser, or in sterilising solution following the manufacturers instructions, or by boiling in water for at least five minutes. Disassemble and wash all pieces immediately after use. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or anti-bacterial cleaners. Excessive concentrations of detergents may eventually cause the bottle to crack, should this occur the bottle should not be used. Inspect the teat and other components immediately before and after each use. Throw away the teat or spout when worn, damaged or punctured, for example by biting. For reasons of hygiene we recommend replacing teats after 3 months, and spouts after 2-3 months. Keep teats in a dry, covered container. Do not leave in sunlight when not in use. INFANTS MUST NOT BE BOTTLE FED WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. Do not allow child to play with small parts, or walk/run while using the bottle. Feeding teats should not be used as dummies, pacifiers or soothers. Continuous and prolonged sucking of any fluids other than milk and water will cause tooth decay. Fruit juices and flavoured sugary drinks are not recommended but if they are used, they should be well diluted and only used for limited periods, not constantly sipped. Not suitable for hot or fizzy drinks. Always ensure valve is properly assembled. Do not use valves with AVENT teats.
