Best Hand Held Food Processor This is my second Bamix. My first one stopped working after 24 years.

Bamix is one of the most useful inhand tool for all those who loves cooking and experiementing with different dishes. It is very handy.

To use the FAKIRCOOK, firstly heat the nails on an open burner. Then place meat or fish on the nails, the product is cooked evenly and quickly by a process which starts from the centre of the product, avoiding the loss of juices and neutrients. Call it the Blumenthal-Adri effect. Ever since Europes two famously avant-garde chefs, Heston Blumenthal and Ferran Adri, began using liquid nitrogen to freeze mousses tableside and siphons to turn squid ink into foam about five or six years ago, the walls between the laboratory and the kitchen have begun to crumble. But theres a big difference to the Gastrovacs goal: while Adri and Blumenthal routinely rely on kitchen alchemy to turn one food into another (this summers menu at Adris El Bulli in Rosas, Spain, features gelatin and olive oil made into false olives and melon turned into caviar), the Gastrovac uses technology to make food taste more like itself. The GASTROVAC is a compact appliance for cooking and impregnating in a vacuum. It has been developed with the Universidad Politcnica de Valencia and the Chefs Javier Andrs and Sergio Torres. It functions by creating an artificial low pressure, oxygen-free atmosphere. The GASTROVAC considerably reduces cooking and frying temperatures, maintaining the texture, colour and nutrients of the food. Also the GASTROVAC creates a sponge effect. When the atmospheric pressure is restored, the food absorbs the liquid around it, allowing infinite combinations of foods and flavours. With vegetables we can cook them al dente while preserving their flavours and nutrients. This type of cooking also makes it possible to enrich the product with the characteristics of the cooking liquid thanks to the impregnation effect. Original colour is perfectly conserved Vacuum impregnation: during the cooking the air contained in the products expands and comes out. Afterwards when the atmospheric pressure is restored the food immediately absorbs the liquid in which it is submerged. With this simply rule you can let your imagination fly. Apples with the flavour of mint, mushrooms which taste like meat and so on.

CLARIMAX machine 220v The Clarimax is a compact device used to clarify broth. It was developed as the result of a joint effort between the chef ngel Len (Aponiente Restaurant) and the University of Cdiz. It is based on the clarifying power of microscopic algae. The process is by means of controlled pressure; the broth passes through a pressed tablet of diatom algae that clarifies the broth which seconds later comes out of the other tube. The tablets have the power to degrease and clarify, and the remains can then be discarded without any alteration to the taste of the product. Liquids can be clarified at any temperature.

The dose is poured directly into the liquid to be clarified, and the tablet is placed in the Clarimax. The dose pre-filters the liquid and the tablet does the rest. Each tablet + dose can filter up to 10 litres, but it really depends on the fat content.
