You receive your favourite program on the best quality frequency, without hearing the slightest noise when changing frequency. Do you have many favourite stations? No problem for the dynamic auto-save function: all currently available programs are saved automatically, appear on the display and can be accessed via soft keys. Comfort in detail. Just one CD is sufcient for 18 European countries. You simply enter your destination and a voice guides you along the way in 11 language selections. You can choose the quickest or the shortest, or the dynamic navigation guide with TMC. You can, of course, still listen to your CDs: after calculating the route, you simply exchange the navigation CD with an audio CD, or select the CD changer.
Navigation without limits. With the Becker DTM navigation CD, you have Europe in the palm of your hand: from Germany to Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Great Britain, Belgium, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Monaco, Andorra and the Vatican Republic, down to San Marino. Storage features make destination entry easier: 50 xed setting destinations, as well as the last 50 accessed destinations are comfortably available on-call.
TMC* Function With TMC* Trafc Message Channel you can dynamically incorporate up-to-date trafc information into your navigation guide. FM-stations continuously transmit news about current trafc obstructions via TMC. Your Becker DTM receives these signals alongside the current program and stores the information in text format retrievable at any time. The navigation system Navigation data entered? Now you can insert your music CD. processes the data and calculates alternative routes. After determining that a detour needs to be made, the system proposes a possible alternative route. You can decide whether to take the proposed route.

The navigation system will delight you right from the start, with its comfort and intelligence. BECKER DTM Its amazingly easy to enter a destination address. The dictionary function automatically and continually assigns town and street names to the letters you enter. With every new letter, the system logically and independently completes your entry. The menus are transparent and self-explanatory, you can comfortably access and select all functions via turn dials and soft keys. Superior technology gives you the choice. For example, whether you would like to take the quickest or the shortest route, whether you would prefer the highway or main roads, and whether you would like to bypass toll roads or ferries. After destination entry and conguration of the route options, the double-speed CD drive transfers the data from the CD into the 8 MB-RAM. A passage is calculated along with your course, in the event that you leave your route. Simply trust the friendly voice, relax, and put on a music CD. The system will report to you at the right time, and will automatically turn 2 RDS tuner down the Hi-Fi system. And if, en route, you suddenly feel like a detour: the two MERIAN autoscout CDs show you selected places along your route, e.g. country inns, restaurants, hotels and golf courses.
