Installation guide 1 Satisfy requirements
A PC with a Windows operating system. The Mac OS is not currently supported. A free USB port available on your PC. The Becker navigation device must have been put into operation beforehand. A standard internet browser must be available.

2 Download file

Download file containing the speed camera data using the browser of your choice on your computer.
3 Connect Becker navigation device
Connect your Becker navigation device to your PC using a USB cable.

4 Copy data

Copy the speed camera data from your download folder (file SpeedcamUpdates.spb) to the iGO8\content\speedcam directory on your Becker navigation device.

5 Safely remove Becker navigation device
Safely remove your Becker navigation device from your PC and then start it.
6 Activate speed camera warning on the device
6.1 For Becker Traffic Assist Z11x, Z21x, Z302, Becker Ready, Active und Professional
On your device, open the menu Setup > Navigation settings > Warnings > Danger spots
6.2 For Becker Traffic Assist Z10x, Z20x
On your device, open the menu Setup > Navigation settings > Danger spots This menu item will only be visible if data is copied on device and receipt of GPS signal is ensured. This feature might not be available in all countries.
7 Activate the setting Announce danger spots
Activate the setting Announce danger spots

8 Make settings

If you would like to receive an audible and a visual warning of speed cameras ahead, activate these settings: Confirm these settings with the OK button at the top

9 Confirm activation

Please note: The installation and use of speed camera data is not allowed in some European countries (including Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Before you install the speed camera detector, please find out about the country-specific legislation and possible legal consequences. The Becker brand accepts no liability for the legality of the installation or the use and also the correctness and completeness of the speed camera data which is contained in the software. If you agree to this, activate the speed camera detector here by tapping on "Yes".
