It is recommended that you read these instructions carefully before using your breadmaker for the first time. Please pay particular attention to these safety precautions. 1. 2. 3. Carefully take your new breadmaker out of the packaging, and remove all packaging materials. Remove any dust from the appliance that may have been trapped in the packaging. Clean your breadmaker with a damp cloth. Remember that the baking tin is finished with a non-stick coating. Consequently do not clean the tin with scouring agents. Before using the breadmaker for the first time grease the baking tin (with non-stick coating) with oil or margarine. Then switch on the appliance (without other ingredients) for about 3 to 5 minutes. (Do this using a baking program.) Allow the appliance to cool down, and repeat the procedure. Fit the kneading blades to the drive shafts.
It was necessary to lubricate the components of this appliance during its manufacture, and for this reason the breadmaker may release traces of smoke when used for the first time. However, this is absolutely normal. The breadmaking programs are started using the displays Start/Stop button. If nothing is seen on the display when the appliances plug is inserted in the wall socket, then check whether the main switch under the breadmaker is switched to I (On).

7hvpuvr (3:18 and 3:25) For white and brown bread. Also for bread containing herbs and raisins. Arpu ( 3:32 and 3:35)
For light and crusty bread such as, for example, French bread.
Xuyrurh (3:33 and 3:40) For wholemeal bread containing a high proportion of wholemeal flour. This program uses a longer preheating time. This offers extra time for the dough to absorb water, and for the dough to rise. The kneader blades are stationary during this 15-minute resting time. The use of a delayed start is not recommended when baking wholemeal bread; this can yield a poorer result. Trr (3:22 and 3:27) For sweet breads with a crisper crust. The crispy crust is obtained by heating the dough containing sugar to a higher temperature. AhihxrThyy (1:20), small loaves For baking small loaves of white bread within a short period of time. Bread baked using this program can have a moister structure. The temperature of the water should be between 35-45 C. AhihxrGhtr (1:20), large loaves
For baking large loaves of white bread within a short period of time. Bread baked using this program can have a moister structure. The temperature of the water should be between 35 and 45C.
The ingredients are mixed together and baked within the time set before starting the breadmaker. It is recommended that the two types of ingredients be mixed separately, and then poured into the bread maker in the correct sequence (see cake recipes). Setting the Dough quantity to "Large" extends the baking time, thereby ensuring for a crusty bread.

Noodel dough is kneaded for 30 minutes. Noodle dough can be prepared from ready-to-use dough mixes or other flour products.
For the preparation of jams from fresh fruit or marmalade. Never allow the jam to boil over. If the jam does boil over then carefully empty the baking tin, allow the appliance to cool down, and clean thoroughly. 11.
This setting can be used either to heat the baking tin or to extend the baking time; this can be of use when preparing products such as jams. This program enables you to extend the baking time for a minimum of 10 minutes (0:10). The time shown in the display decreases in 1-minute increments. Press the Stop button if you wish to stop the baking process. The baking time can be extended in 10-minute increments, to a maximum of 1 hour. 1. Removing the baking tin Open the lid, lift the handle, and pull firmly to remove the baking tin. Always remove the baking tin from the breadmaker before filling the tin; this will avoid ingredients falling into the motor, or into the appliance. Fitting the kneading blades Fitting the kneading blades is very simple; just slide them onto the drive shafts. Measuring/weighing ingredients Measure the amounts of the ingredients given in the recipe accurately, and pour into the baking tin in the correct sequence. Make sure that the yeast does not come into contact with water; this will immediately start the fermentation process. Use lukewarm water (21-28C). Fit the kneader blades later during the preparation of products including ingredients that would be broken down by kneading (see the program sequence table). 4. Fitting the baking tin Press the baking tin firmly into place. A click will be heard when the tin locks into position.

End of program At the end of the program the display will show 0:00, and a beep will be heard. The display will then change to show the original duration of the program. 13. Keep-warm function The keep-warm function circulates hot air through the baking section for an additional approximately 1 hour. This is applicable to the majority of the programs (see program sequence table). The best results will be achieved when the baking tin is removed within the indicated time. A beep will sound at the end of the keepwarm period. The function can also be stopped by pressing the Start/Stop button. 14. Removing the product Press the Start/Stop button, and remove the baking tin.

Always use oven gloves. 15. Removing the loaf from the baking tin. Allow the loaf in the baking tin to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes, and then turn the tin upside down to allow the loaf to drop onto a rack. The kneading blades may be left behind in the baking tin. Fill the baking tin with warm water, leave to soak for a while, and remove the kneading blades. However, the kneading blades will usually remain in the loaf. Once the loaf has cooled completely remove the kneading blades with a utensil that will no damage the non-stick layer (such as a wooden spoon). 16. After you have finished using the breadmaker, always press the Stop button and remove the plug from the wall socket.

Used the delayed-start function when you wish to bake the bread at a later time, for example for a delicious fresh-baked loaf for your breakfast the next day. However, do not use this function for recipes containing ingredients which could spoil in the intervening period (such as eggs, fresh milk, cheese, etc.) 1. Determine the time at which the bread is to be ready, and then calculate the difference between the current time and the required time (for example: You wish your bread to be ready at 08.00, and it is now 21.00 on the previous evening; the difference in time is 11 hours). and keys. The time can be increased or decreased Enter the hours using the in 10-minute increments. Press the Start button; the colon will flash in the display. To rectify an incorrect time delay, press the Stop button for 2 seconds. Then repeat the aforementioned steps. 3. The delayed start can be set to a time of a maximum of 13 hours. The end of this time is always the time at which the loaf is to be ready.
The beep is heard: on pressing any of the buttons; at the end of any program; at the end of the keep-warm period; during the 2nd kneading period used in certain programs, as a reminder that it is time to add certain specific ingredients (nuts, chocolate, etc.).

Drvurryhqrp

After interruptions to the power supply of a maximum of 7 minutes the breadmaker will automatically continue to work through the program. With longer power cuts the display will automatically return to the starting time of the relevant program; it will then be necessary to start the breadmaker again.

The loaf will need to cool for at least 20 to 40 minutes before it can be cut properly. Preference is given to the use of a sharp electric knife, or a serrated bread knife. Freezer bags, in particular, are ideally suited to storing bread. When using these bags it will usually be possible to store the bread for at least 3 days at normal room temperatures. However, when the outdoor temperature or the humidity is high the bread can also be stored in a refrigerator or freezer.

Always remove the plug from the wall socket before cleaning the appliance. Wait until the breadmaker has cooled down completely. IMPORTANT! The lid and/or housing must never be sprayed with or immersed in water or other liquids. Clean the exterior of the breadmaker solely with a damp cloth. Any stains on the interior of the lid or in the air slits will be on the surface only; these stains develop during the baking process. They have no influence on the performance of the appliance. After each use of the appliance remove these stains using a damp cloth with a little washing-up liquid. Clean the interior of the breadmaker solely with a damp cloth. Remove the breadmakers lid by sliding it upwards in the attachment slots and lifting it clear (see drawing). Replace the lid in the reverse sequence.
Use only warm water to clean the baking tin. Avoid scratching the non-stick layer. Never clean the baking tin, kneading blades or measuring cups in a dishwasher. Verify that the breadmaker has cooled down completely before storing it in a cupboard.

Avoid damage to or scratches in the non-stick coating. Never use sharp objects such as metal spatulas, knives or forks. The colour of the coating can change over the course of time. This is caused by the repeated moistening and heating of the coating. However, it has no influence on the quality of the bread baked by the breadmaker.

The opening in the centre of the kneading blades must be cleaned at regular intervals; after cleaning, lubricate with a drop of edible oil. This will prevent the kneading blades from sticking to the drive shafts. Remove any dust from the ventilation openings.
