Complete kit. Make sure you have all the components listed prior to beginning your installation. Step 6
Disconnect the MAF sensor. Step 7
Loosen the hose clamp on the air box, and loosen the hose clamp on the intake manifold. Step 8
Loosen and remove the two 10mm bolts securing the air box to the chassis. Step 9
Remove the OEM air box assembly out of the engine bay.

Remove the OEM intake tube.
Remove the MAF sensor from the OEM air box assembly.
Insert the MAF sensor assembly into the intake duct. Use the supplied gasket,nylon spacers, and screws between the tube and sensor. Secure the coupler to the intake tube using the #56 hose clamps. Step 13
Slide intake tube onto the manifold, and secure clamps
Re-connect the MAF sensor plug.

Insert the tube flange gasket between the housing and intake tube. Bolt the aFe housing onto the aFe intake tube. Secure the bolts. Secure the housing onto the chassis using three mounting locations, shown here. Install your pre oiled air filter. Do not use any oil or grease. (1) Make sure your center air intake tube sits onto the aFe housing (as shown). Place the aFe housing lid over the housing. Secure the lid with the 3 button head screws.
Your installation is now complete. Make sure you tighten all clamps and check all electrical connections. Re-check periodically.
Note: Filter Cleaning and Re-oiling: When cleaning your aFe filter, be sure to use only aFes Restore Kit (aFe P/N: 90-50001 blue oil aerosol, or aFe P/N: 90-50501 blue squeeze bottle oil or aFe P/N: 90-50000 gold oil aerosol, or aFe P/N: 90-50500 gold squeeze oil). Filter Replacement: Magnum FLOW PN: 24-91037 (black w/blue media). or Pro-GUARD 7 PN: 72-90021.or 72-35008 Pro-GUARD 7 media, (black w/gold media). Pre-filters: 28-10011 yellow, 28-10012 red, 28-10013 black, and 28-10014 blue
