Quality that pays off

It is an attractive offer when economic efficiency and quality are combined. All Bosch router bits have high-quality tungsten carbide cutters, optimized cutting geometry and produce a precision cut that is the result of many years of experience. The benefit of this lies in the fitting accuracy and the long lifetime.
Tungsten carbide plates Silver solder EN Standard 847
Material as defined in ISO K10. With diamond-ground cutting geometry.
TC plates welded with silver solder to the router bits body. This ensures a high-quality, secure joint. Boschs standard router bits comply with the latest European standard, and are combined with economically efficient, brand-specific benefits for the user.
One or two flutes? Router bits with very small diameters have one flute, for better chip clearance. Two-flute router bits are for medium and large diameters.
Safe clamping length The mark on the shank indicates the required clamping length. Working length in line with the market The working length of the router bits is tailored to the nominal thickness of conventional solid wood and wooden materials, up to 25 mm. Up to 38 mm with extra-long router bits.

Better results when used in the right direction
Quality has a lot to do with the competence of the power tools and the precision of the router bits. In addition to this, our practical experience can be communicated for the benefit of the customer.
Four-sided routing around workpieces 1 + 2: first of all, the face ends are routed 3 + 4: then the longitudinal edges are routed, along the grain Advantage : corners that are splintered when routing the face ends can be corrected.
