INTRODUCTION
CAFCO PSK 101 is a single pack, multi purpose synthetic latex, water based emulsion for use as a sealer or keycoat as a component of the Cafco FENDOLITE MII integrated fire protective coating system. CAFCO PSK 101 is suitable for on site or off site application to construction elements such as steel or concrete sections, and metal decks. Onshore oil and gas, petrochemical and power industries will benefit from the use of CAFCO PSK 101. Properties and performance Colour and finish Dark green (nearest to BS4800: 1981, colour code 10 B 25). May be applied by spray, roller or brush. 55-82 microns dry film thickness (DFT) from 100-150 microns wet fillm thickness (WFT). Do not apply less than 100 microns (WFT). Practical coverage Theoretical coverage Dependent on surface texture, substrate porosity, application method and technique. 8m2/litre at 125 microns WFT One or more as required dependent on application technique. Additional coats may be applied once the previous coat is touch dry. Touch dry to 1 hour at 20C and RH 50% 2 months with either additional coats of CAFCO PSK 101 or Cafco FENDOLITE MII By air drying 2 to 6 hours at 20C and RH 50%. The drying time will vary with ambient conditions, but high humdity, low temperature and low air change can extend cure time significantly. 55% 1.25kg/litre

Preparation Typical substrates Unprimed and primed steel The substrate shall be clean, dry and free from dust, loose mill scale, loose rust, oil and any other condition preventing good adhesion.
HEALTH AND SAFETY Adequate ventilation must be provided during use. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes by using eye protection, gloves, barrier cream and a face mask. If the product comes into contact with the skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If the eyes are affected, flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately. A safety data sheet is available from Promat upon request. Substrate preparation

Application Initial steps Stir contents before use. Do not thin. CAFCO PSK 101 may be applied with an industrial type airless or air-assisted spray, or lambswool roller. It may also be applied with a brush in small (maximum 1m2) areas only. CAFCO PSK 101 may be applied when the substrate and air temperatures are at least 2C and rising. Maximum air and substrate temperature is 45C. Limitations Substrate temperature should be at least 2C above dew point temperature. Protect from rain, hail etc. until dry.

INTRODUCTION
CAFCO TOPCOAT 200 is a single pack, water based acrylic polymer for use as a water vapour permeable topcoat with excellent adhesion. It may be applied by spray, roller or brush. CAFCO TOPCOAT 200 is applied over vermiculite and Portland cement based fire resistant coatings that protect steel and concrete substrates against ingress from salt spray, washdown water, chemical spills, rainfall and sprinkler deluge systems. CAFCO TOPCOAT 200 may also be used on masonry, brickwork and blockwork, whether dry or damp. CAFCO TOPCOAT 200 does not blister when used on steel and concrete substrates because of its water vapour permeability Flexible, flame retardant, mould resistant, and helps reduce the carbonation rate of cement based products.
