TERMS AND LIMITATIONS. 1. Original rebate certificate and supporting documents (collectively Claim) must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2006. No late submissions of this rebate certificate form will be accepted. Consumer shall be solely responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail. 2. Please allow ten to twelve weeks to receive your rebate check. 3. Retain a copy of all rebate materials submitted for your records. In the event of incomplete or illegible forms, claim submissions will not be returned. 4. Offer good only on the following Bosch appliances: WFMC2100UC. $100 Rebate - WFMB3200UC, WFMC3200UC, WFMC4300UC, WFMC6400UC, WFMC640SUC. Limited to one rebate per product per household. Limited to maximum rebate of $100 per household. 5. All washers have to be purchased with eligible dryers to qualify for rebate. Refundable deposits do not qualify as a purchase. 6. Purchase of Bosch appliances must take place between April 9, 2006 and July 5, 2006. Purchases made before or after these dates will not be eligible. Purchase date is determined by invoice date or down payment date. 7. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Bosch offers. 8. Bosch distributors, resellers and their employees, Bosch employees, and internal Bosch orders are ineligible. 9. Only purchases by an end-user customer in U.S. are valid, 18 or older only. Rebate must include a valid, current, address of the purchaser. Rebate is not transferable. If these terms and conditions are not met, in Boschs discretion, rebate check will not be issued. Offer void where prohibited by law. 10. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued. 11. Bosch is not responsible for claims, lost, misdirected, mutilated, stolen, received late, or with postage due. 12. Bosch reserves the right to request additional information or signed statements verifying identity regarding this claim. All information submitted with this claim becomes the property of Bosch and cannot be returned. No group or organization request will be honored and author rights may not be transferred. 13. Taxes (if any) are the consumers sole responsibility. 14. Serial numbers required to be eligible for this rebate.
