Current Student Registration
Complete a registration form. An advisors signature is needed. Mail, fax, or deliver the completed registration form to the Registrars Office.

Web Registration

Current students can register for classes on Gannons web site at guxpress.gannon.edu after advisors approval is entered. Select Current Students, then Register for Sections.

Graduation

May and August graduates must apply for graduation before February 15. December graduates must apply for graduation before September 15. The application must be signed by your department chairperson. There is an $80.00 fee.

A $40.00 late fee will be assessed for bills not paid by the Session Due Date.

On-Campus Students

Tuition and fee refund if drop completed before the start date of the course. Tuition refund (0% on fees) if drop completed within the first five days of the start date of the course. Tuition and fee refund thereafter. Tuition and fee refund if drop completed by the close of the first business day after the first class. Tuition and fee refund thereafter.
Off-Campus and Erie Cohorts
Course Changes Adds and/or Drops
Schedules can be changed on GUXpress or in the Registrars Office. Contact your advisor for GUXpress approval. Change of Schedule forms are available in the Registrars Office or the Office of Admissions for students who prefer to change a schedule in person. An advisors signature is required on the form.

Withdrawal Grades

Students can drop a course and receive a withdrawal (X) grade before 60% of the course is complete. When a student stops attending a course and does not properly withdraw, the student will receive a grade of F for the course. The last day to withdraw from a: 2 week A session course is May 17. 5 week B session course is June 11. 5 week C session course is July 16. Contact the Registrars office for withdrawal dates of courses with different starting or ending dates.

Grades Act 48

Students can access their grades on GUXpress. We do not mail grades.
If you are a PA certified teacher seeking Act 48 credit for a graduate course other than GEDU, contact Nancy Kelly at 871-7486 or email at kelly001@gannon.edu to discuss Act 48 reporting.

Courses taught using Gannon Universitys practitioner model that emphasizes theory allied to practical application. Courses fulfill the M.Ed. elective sequence or may be taken by educators needing to fulfill Act 48 requirements. Courses aligned to the needs of Pennsylvanias educational community and linked to school district initiatives. Courses offered at a reduced graduate rate, $795, as compared to the regular Gannon University graduate course cost of $1,515. Courses taught by masters level content experts who are also practitioners. Courses taught in Erie and many outreach areas in western Pennsylvania. Instructional deliveries that include traditional, online and blended courses. Gannon is planning a state-wide roll out of this program. On-Campus Students

Course Changes Adds and/or Drops
Schedules can be changed on GUXpress or in the Registrars Office. Contact your advisor for GUXpress approval. Change of Schedule forms are available in the Registrars Office or the Office of Admissions for students who prefer to change a schedule in person. An advisors signature is required on the form.

Withdrawal Grades

Students can drop a course and receive a withdrawal (X) grade before 60% of the course is complete. When a student stops attending a course and does not properly withdraw, the student will receive a grade of F for the course. The last day to withdraw from a: 2 week A session course is May 18. 5 week B session course is June 15. 5 week C session course is July 20. Contact the Registrars office for withdrawal dates of courses with different starting or ending dates.

Grades Act 48

Students can access their grades on GUXpress. We do not mail grades.
