The softly contoured front plate and profiled side panels minimise the risk of injury in the event of a fall against the case with smooth rounded corners further enhancing the natural protection the design provides. The curved top prevents items being placed on the top of the case including drinks, food and tissues significantly reducing the associated cleaning costs. Manufactured with durability in mind, the case is constructed from 1.5mm steel with 2mm side panels. Further strength is provided by the stiffening folds in the front panel which add an additional design feature. The casing and radiators are finished in a powder coat white RAL9010 Produced as either floor or wall mounted models the range is available in numerous sizes. Lengths available from 600 mm to 2000 mm and heights from 500 mm to 800 mm in the wall model and, 600 mm to 800 mm in the floor range. To improve the installation time, each unit is supplied with its own full size installation template and all necessary fixings. The template is secured to the wall to allow the fixing holes to be quickly and accurately drilled. Knock outs are provided in the lower quarter of each side panel for surface mounted pipe work to enter the casing. The BOSS Rio AEGIS LST has been designed to work in conjunction with the BOSS thermostatic radiator valves. Knock outs are provided in the end panels to incorporate the BOSS thermostatic radiator valve allowing user adjustment of the room temperature. Where a tamperproof installation is required the BOSS thermostatic radiator valve with remote sensor should be installed.
The BOSS Rio AEGIS LST has been designed to add a stylish look to an otherwise functional device. Designed in accordance with the NHS guidelines the Aegis offers full compliance to all existing standards for Low Surface Temperature devices

The Horizontal range is available in up to 8 heights, 8 widths and with or without rear convector fins. Starting at 140 mm heights, the lower models are suitable for mounting at low level as well as high level. The Vertical range is available in 4 heights, up to 7 widths and, as the Horizontal, with or without rear convector fins. Besides being an attractive part of the interior, the vertical design is excellent where wall space is limited. Naturally all BOSS RIOpanel decorative radiators are pressure tested to 13 BAR, with a maximum working pressure of 10 BAR. Each radiator is supplied complete with brackets, air vents and plugs, and in fully recyclable packaging. The BOSS RIOpanel decorative radiators are powder coated in white RAL 9010 as standard, with the discreet metal frame in a complementing grey RAL 7043. However, both Horizontal and Vertical can be supplied in other RAL colours. Please contact your local branch for more information about special colours or other special solutions.
BOSS Rio decorative radiators complete the BOSS Rio range. The Scandinavian designed Horizontal and Vertical radiators, with their modern grooved fronts, are used where the aesthetics are of the highest importance. Naturally the decorative range too, is provided with the 10 year BOSS Rio warranty, and subject to the ISO 9001 quality control

The BOSS radiator valve range consists of 4 manual radiator valves and a choice of up to 24 TRV options The BOSS range of Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRVs) comprises three different 1/2/ 15mm body patterns angle, reverse angle (axial) and straight with a choice of pre-setting and non presetting options making six valves in all. These bodies are complemented by four different thermal heads, standard, remote sensing and remote adjusting in 2m and 8m capillary lengths. All thermal heads and bodies in the range are compatible with each other and approved to EN 215. The bodies are all approved to EN 215 and other standards e.g. BS EN1254 where EN215 does not specify the connection type. The thermal heads all incorporate range limiting using two plastic pins (supplied) and a handle locking mechanism that prevents movement from the set position. This works by pulling the outer cover to a raised position to unlock and pushing the outer cover to a lower position to lock. Additionally the standard and remote sensing versions can be tamperproofed using a specially designed plastic key in either the locked or unlocked position. As well as the choice of TRV options using separate thermal heads and valve bodies, two TRV head and body packs are available in angle and reverse angle patterns. To complement the range there is a full range of accessories shown with the complete valve range.

Centurion Supervisory Controller provides direct integrated communication with motor drives giving precise motor control and fast cycle times. Real-time multi-tasking capability allows for optimal machine logic sequencing, monitoring and control. Centurion I/O System uses Profibus communication protocol for seamless integration of all shovel subsystems and future expandability. Low-voltage 24V DC I/O drop points feature open and short circuit detection for improved diagnostics and troubleshooting. Centurion Information Systems enhanced Graphical User Interface (GUI) features intuitive, icon-based screens to display vital information such as shovel status, troubleshooting information, and optional production monitoring data and operator feedback.

P&H OPTIMA dippers combine consistent productivity with high durability and maintainability. Dippers are configured to mine specific conditions and capacity requirements from a variety of combinations of body and lip designs, as well as other unique P&H technologies. Specific wear packages and GET styles can be cooperatively specified. P&H TripRite system utilizes a brushless DC electric motor with sealed planetary drive unit for reliable trip and slack take up operation.
