Disappointed This is the second laptop. The first one I returned within the 30 days because of system issues. I should have been forewarned. Thrilled!! This laptop is just what I needed. It has all of the features that I wanted and it works great.

poor sound While I received the item much quicker than I had expected, I would not purchase the item again. The sound quality is awful.
