OVERVIEW The hunt for deep treasure requires a radically dierent approach, thats the CS9000HPX. To probe deep into the ground requires a search coil array which cannot be contained within a conventional disc shaped search-head. By positioning the transmit and receive coils at either end of a mounting bar it becomes possible to locate the tiny signals generated by large pieces of metal deep down in the ground, as much as 2 or even 3 metres. Thats way in excess of the best depth achievable by any conventional metal detector. Signals from small metal objects are simply not detected.
