| I've only had the printer a month, but I think it's great! I get goreous photo prints. Some say footprint too large. Come on, you're replacing a printer AND a scanner. For me, I replaced three items - a B&W laser, a color ink jet. Everyday printing on small scale. Easy Setup","Easy To Use","Fast Print Time","Reliable | |

| I did lots of research and this Canon printer model came out on top every time. I love it! The WiFi feature has neatened up my workspace, as well. I bought this printer to replace my epson stylus and so far I am very pleased with the quality speed and ease of operation. | |

| Great all in one pinter. For some reason my brother laser suddenly stopped working. Black Friday rolled in and best buy was selling this for $50. I have had this printer for a little over a month so far. I have been extremely impressed. The setup was a breeze on both PC and MAC. | |

| They need to start rating printers on how much ink they use when inactive. Initial setup was a breeze with the "get started" sheet. Did not even open the manual. Print quality is very good. Fast Printing ; Easy Setup ; Clear Crisp Printing ; Network Attached Via Wifi ; Wifi Use allows easy printer placement None so far | |

RATE BOOK 2011
THE RATE BOOK
On behalf of Pittsburgh Filmmakers and Pittsburgh Center for the Arts, we would like to welcome you to our community and hope you take advantage of all the resources we have to offer. In an effort to keep you aware of the latest equipment, facilities and rates available at Pittsburgh Filmmakers, we have designed this rate book to serve as your guide to equipment we own as well as a listing of our non-commercial and commercial rental rates. Within the contents of this book, the rental rates are for use by Basic Access Members ($75/year). Members who have chosen to pay these annual dues AND have purchased a Full Access Package ($250- $400/year) receive access to the equipment listed in the book in their package discipline at no further charge, unless otherwise noted. For more information about membership, please contact the Director of Artist Services. Students who are currently enrolled in a class whove taken classes here previously have Basic Access Member rental privileges on equipment and facilities used in those previous classes. The rate book also lists commercial rental rates, which are available to members/students who are paid for creating a product where the organizations equipment is used. Whenever a member or student wants to make commercial work, the proposed project must be submitted to the Director of Operations for approval on a case-by-case basis. Doing commercial work without this approval will be considered grounds for immediate termination of access. In addition, only Access Members and/or Students may use or operate the equipment. Once again, welcome to Pittsburgh Filmmakers & Pittsburgh Center for the Arts. We hope you enjoy creating and sharing art at our organization.

ACCESS LEVELS
The following list indicates our membership and student access levels as of January 2011. Members applying for access will be asked to fully demonstrate their knowledge of equipment including care and maintenance. In cases where a potential member has received training outside of Pittsburgh Filmmakers or Pittsburgh Center for the Arts, a class may be required before membership is granted. Any equipment in the same discipline as an access level with a lower numeric value may be used by people with a higher access level in the same discipline (e.g. B/W 3 level may use B/W 1 equipment).
