Make copies of all required documentation for your records. Purchase of a new Canon FAX-JX200 from Frys Electronics or FrysOutpost.com must be made between July 4, 2008 and September 30, 2008 to be eligible for the offer. Photocopied UPC bar codes will not be accepted. All required information on the claim form must be hand printed; no mechanical reproductions or labels will be accepted.
