As appealing to the eye as this inkjet-based FAX is, what truly sets it apart from the field, is the Canon printer pedigree. Utilizing Canon Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering (FINE) technology developed for Canon's award-winning printers, consumers can expect razor-sharp FAX receipts and document copies. Professional quality is assured thanks to Canon's Ultra High Quality (UHQ) FAX technology enabling crisp, clear scans, as well as the integrated FINE cartridge system featuring a multi-nozzle print head with pigmented black ink that produce fast, laser-quality on plain paper. Providing a serious compliment of features and capabilities, the FAX-JX200 performs like a champion with approximately 6 second high speed page transmissions. Using its 320-nozzle print head, the FAX-JX200 also prints three lines per head pass to cut any FAX or copy job down to size. The unit even holds up to 100 sheets of plain paper in the automatic sheet feeder plus 20 original pages can be sent through the automatic document feeder. What's more, the FAX-JX200 offers sequential broadcasting "blast FAX" capability for up to 70 recipients and accepts and stores speed dial codes for up to 69 frequently FAXed numbers (9 one-touch; 60 coded). It is ideal for anyone looking for the power of a simple FAX machine.
