Receipt must be dated between September 7, 2008 and October 11, 2008. All forms must be postmarked by November 11, 2008 and received by November 25, 2008. No claims against lost materials will be honored unless accompanied by proof of receipt (e.g.certified mail). This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

TERMS OF OFFER

1. Redeemable only on Canon FAXPHONE L170 purchases between September 7, 2008 and October 11, 2008. Purchases prior to or after the promotion dates will not be honored. Limit of one (1) $135 rebate per product purchased and a maximum of ten (10) rebate claim submissions under this promotion, except where prohibited by law. Cash value 1100 of one cent. 2. All claims must be postmarked by November 11, 2008 and received by November 25, 2008, after which time the P.O. Box will be closed and your claim returned by the Post Office. 3. Canon U.S.A., Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, damaged, stolen, postage due or undelivered mail, nor for misprints or for typographical errors. 4. Canon U.S.A., Inc. direct and indirect retailers, dealers, distributors and other resellers and their owners or operators (in either their professional or individual capacities) are not eligible to participate in this offer. Reconditioned or used machines are not eligible for this promotion. 5. Canon and/or its agents reserve the right to substantiate claims and request additional identification and/or documentation. 7. All required information on the coupon must be hand printed; no mechanical reproductions or labels will be accepted. 8. Offer good in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only.
