Replaced all the fax machines at our office with this model a couple of years ago. Have never had any problems. They chug along as they should. Good print quality. Buzzer goes off when it receives a spam fax.

It really works perfectly in an office environment for a small business. Fax is quick. Print quality is just excellent. Quiet and fast. This is the best fax machine (with laser printer) I have ever used. The Canon Faxphone L170 is very well built. It has a small footprint and fits easily on the desk.
