This is my alternative to a DSLR and I love it. I got it for $108 because I had a Best Buy points coupon. I love this camera. I bought it last year before Christmas at a great price. It takes really nice pictures. I bought this as a replacement for a ten year old Fuji fine pix that finally died.

If you can live with a camera which works with AA batteries and slow shot to shot performance, it provides some great pictures. Great buy for a non professional who likes to...  I have had this camera for just over a year and have been very happy with the quality.

Very easy for a digital newbie to learn to use none that I have found I am considering a Canon A590 for my home personal use, even though I have several cameras that are more expensive and supposedly "better" cameras. Easy to operate

Shutter speed. This camera from canon is surely admirable with full packed features and less the price. Canon A570 IS at the beginning of the listing price is too high, the market response and poor, but with lower prices.

I love everything about this camera except the battery/sd card door. The bundle I got was great. I do have ONE ISSUE! This is a great camera. Easy to use and understand. I did not have to spend hours reading instructions before taking my first pictures.
