Si la elevacin y la longitud horizontal superan los lmites permitidos para la velocidad silenciosa (whisper mode), cambie a la velocidad alta (high speed) con el conmutador indicado en la figura. Quite la tapa de la bomba y conecte el tubo de PVC transparente a los acoplamientos previstos para ello. Si es necesario, acorte el tubo de aspiracin a la longitud deseada. Vuelva a montar la tapa despus de montar los prensaestopas correspondientes. Fije los terminales sobre el cable de alimentacin. Conecte el cable de alimentacin a las bornas de la bomba. Introduzca el cable del regulador de nivel. Las formas de conexin de la bomba al control electrnico de la unidad varan segn haya o no un kit CZM (Zone Manager): Con kit CZM Conecte las bornas C y Nc del tablero de bornes de alimentacin de la bomba al conector J3 de la tarjeta auxiliar utilizando el cable con conector de 2 polos (vase la figura y el esquema).

Installing the pump inside the unit Install the pump by fixing it to the righthand side. Fix the pump using the 2 adhesive strips. Installing the pump outside the unit NOTE: The pump must be installed in an enclosure that is only accessible using a tool in accordance with EN 60335-1 standard. The electrical connections between the pump and unit must be made through a conduit rigidly fixed to the wall. The length of the polarised cable of the level controller allows the installation of the pump at 1.5 m of height above the drain pan. For a greater height (3 m max.) it is possible to extend the polarized cables by a five pole connector (0.5 mm2 section) and two terminal boards. The connection order of the single cables must not to be changed. Above a height of 3 meter the pump is unable to pump the drain pan water. If the pump is installed at a level below than the condensate drain pan, it is necessary to have a coaming of 300 mm on the drain pan, or the pump will no longer take in water. In this application the total distance, horizontal plus vertical distances between the pan and the pump, must not exceed 3 m. Do not install the pump outdoors because temperatures below 0C cause the water left in the pump to freeze and damage the pump. The pump may be installed in any position except the one indicated in the figure, as a defect in the seal may damage the electrical components below it. When the pump has been positioned: Insert the power supply cable terminal contacts into the unit terminal block according to the wiring diagram. Arrange all cables behind the fan and tie up any excess wiring. Glue the wiring diagram to the base of the unit. Remount the front panel and air intake grille.

Operating control

Testing Turn off the main power switch and fill the condensate drain pan with water. Check that the water drains away correctly. The presence of air bubbles is perfectly normal.

Controllo funzionamento

Collaudo Chiudere l'interruttore elettrico generale dell'impianto ed introdurre acqua nella bacinella di raccolta condensa, quindi controllare che l'acqua sia evacuata regolarmente. La presenza di bolle d'aria nei tubi perfettamente normale.
Noise If the discharge tube length is limited this may cause a gurgling noise when water is being drawn into the level controller. This can be avoided by gradually increasing the length of the pump's discharge tube (rolling the excess) until it is compatible with the required water flow rate.
