PENENTUAN UNSUR-UNSUR PENGOTOR (Er. Yb DAM Tm) DALAM ITRIUM HASIL OLAH PASIR XENOT1M PROSES PENGENDAPAN DENGAN METODE AAS. Teiah dilakukan penentuan unsur-unsur pengotor (Er, Yb dan Tm) dalam itrium hasil olah pasir xenotim dengan metode AAS. Penentuan kandungan unsurEr, Yb dan Tm dalam itrium hasil olah pasir xenotim dilckukanpada kondisi optimumyaitupadapanjanggelombang.Er: 400,8 nm, Yb: 398,8 nm, Tm : 371,8 nm, perbandingan laju alir gas N2O dan C2H2 masing-masing adalah Er : 11,0/8,00 l/menit, Yb : ! 1,0/8,10 l/menit dan Tm : 11,0/8,20 l/menit, lebarcelah masing-masing 0,5 nm dan tinggipembakar masing-masing adalah Er: 12, Yb : 12,5 dan Tm : 11. Adanya Y sebagai unsur mayor dengan konsentrasi di atas 40.000 \xg/ml tidak berpengaruh terhadap serapan Er, Yb dan Tm, demikianjuga adanya unsur Dy dan Gd masing-masing sampai dengan konsentrasi 5.000 \xg/ml, tidak berpengaruh terhadap serapan Er, Yb dan Tm. Diperoleh kandungan Er, Yb dan Tm dalam 3 cuplikan masing-masing adalah Er cuplihan I: 0,529 0,007 %, II: 0,2090,007%, III: 0,884 + 0,001 %; Ybcupiikanl: 0,361 + 0,028%, II: 0.342 + G.003 %, III: 2,334+ 0,101 %; Tm cupttkanl: 0,078 0,004 %, II: 0,069 0,005 %, III: 0,923 + 0,018 %.
DETERMINATION OF THE IMPURITIS ELEMENTS (Er, Yb AND Tm) 1N YTTRIUM FROM XENOTIM SAND PRODUCED WITH PRECIPITATION PROCESS BY AAS METHODE. The determination ofthe impuritis elements (Er, Yb andTm) inyttrium from xenotim sands producedby AAS methode has been studied. The determination ofEr, Yb and Tm inyttriumfrom xenotim sands produced were done at optimum condition at the wavelength ofEr: 400.8 nm, Yb : 398.8 nm, Tm : 371.8 nm, the ratio o/N2OandC2H2asfollow,Er =11.0:8.00l/min, Yb = 11.0:8.10UminandTm^ 11.0:8.20i/min, slithwidth0.5 nm respectively andhight ofburnerforEr = 12, Yb = 12.5andTm = II. Present ofyttrium as the major element until at the concen-tration 40.000 \ig/ml did not influence at the absorbance cf Er, Yb dan Ttn, for the presents ofDy and Gd untii at the concentration 5.000 [ig/ml, respectivefy, did not influence at the absorbance ofEr, Yb dan Tm. The contents ofEr, Yb dan Tm in the 3 samples asfollow : Er sample I: 0.529 0.007 %, II: 0.209 + 0.007 %, III: 0.884 + 0.001 %; Yb sample 1: 0.361 0.028 %, II: 0.342 0.003 %, III: 2.334 + 0.101 %; Tmsample I: 0.078 0.004 %, II: 0.069 0.005 %, III: 0.923 0.018%.
INAA method ofmercury (Hg) andselenium (Se) determination was carriedout by using comparation factor of15Se peak at 264.5 kev cmd 279,2 kev, using Ge(Li) detector EG & G Ortec and 8100 MCA Canberra. The average ofthefactor was 2,35. The samples werepregnance women 's hairfrom DIY. The direction ofthis investigation was tofinddataforfurther monitormg ofcontamination andthe health of baby will be borned. DIY was prefed because not much ofindustries and DIY is notfishing region. It is known that many kind of industriesproduct Hg contaminant, andfish usualy contain high concentration o/Hg. The results are : 1.Hg concentration was 0,32 - 5,20 ppmandthe Se = 0,43- 6,08 ppm. Hgcan be detected in all ofthe samples, and onfy in one sample thac Se can not befind. 2. Fish consumen : Hg = 0,32 - 5,2ppm andSe = 0 - 1,94ppm. The conlrols: Hg = 0,52 - 2,03ppm andSe =^0.57- 6,08ppm. 3. Employer: Hg = 0,52 - 5,04ppm andSe = 0,59 - 1,94ppm. Control: Hg = 0,32 - 5,20ppm andSe = o,43 - 2,94ppm. It can be concluded that: 1. Comparationfactor is 2,35. The facior can be usedfor Hg calculation v/ith 7,6% accurayfor Hgand3,3I%for Se. This results oftheHg andSe concentration can be usedfor thefurther contamination andhealth monitoring. Most ofthe Se/Hg comparation were 1: 1, it means the Se concentration was similar with the Hg.

Hg dapat besifat toksis dalam kadar yang rendah sekalipun, oleh karena itu perlu ditentukan ifc.adar Hg dan Se dalam rangka menentukan tingkat keselamatan kesehatanmasyarakatyang sangat erat kaitannya dengan pencemaran lingkungan. Pemisahan dilakukan dengan eluen campuran 1 bagian borat glukonat, 1 bagian butanol, dan 6 bagian asetonitril, dengan kecepatan alir eluen 1,2 mlper menit. Hasil pemisahan mer.unjukkan bahwa kromatogram antara nitrat.fosfat, dan sulfat terpisahcukupjauh dengan resolusi nitrat-fosfat 4,5, danfosfat sulfat 6,7. Pembuatan kurva kalibrasi dilakukan secara serentak, sehingga diperole.hpersamaan regresi untuk nitrat: Y = I,24X + 3,5;fosfat: Y1,75X + 8,3; dan suifai: Y 1,07 X+ 4,6. Elusipada cuplikanyang dilarutkan dengan asam nitratpekat, menunjukkan bahv/a kandungan nitrat di dalam larutan masih terlalu tinggi, sehingga menulvpisebagian kromatogramfosfat, oteh karena ilu kadarfosfat di dalam larutan tidak dapat ditakukan.
THE MEASUEREMENT OF PO " , SO 4 2~ AND NO 3 " ANIONS AS THE IMPURITIES OF GADOLINIUMANDDYSPROSIUMPURIFICATION. The separation ofphosphate, sul/ate, ahdniirate have been done by liquid chromatography, with eluen the mbclure ofsodium borate, sodium gluconate, butanol, and aceConitrile, cnd the condnclivity was used as the detector. Separataion yvas done by 1 part ofbutanol, and 6 parts of acelonitrile mccture as Ihe eluen. The chromalogram showed that separation between nitrate-phosphate-sulfate had a good resolution, with 4.5 for nitraie-phosphate, and 6.7 for phosphate-sulfate. The regression standard were made silmiilaneously, and the regression equations of nitrate Y= 1.24X+ 3.5;phosphate: Y= 1.75X+ 8.3; andsulfate y =.I.07X+ 4.6. Elution to thesample showed that the content ofnitrat was too high, and overlap with the phosphate chomatogram, so ihat the content ofphosphat in the sample could not to be measuered.

Di dalam penelitian ini teiah digunakan metoda perhitungan nilai SAS (jumlah faktor sudut ruang) untuk meramalkan karakteristik dan kestabilan senyawa kompleks khususnya senyawa sediaan radiofarmasi baru. Dengan perhitungan di atas bisa diperkiraan mengenai bisa tidaknya senyawa itu disintesis dan kestabilannya. Dari hasil perhitungan nilai SAS ditunjukkan bahwa senyawa kompleks bisa disintesis dari target awal dengan ligan DTPA (dietilen triamin penta asetat) melalui reaksi substitusi. Kemungkinan struktur senyawa yang bisa terbentuk adalah [TcvN(DTPA)]> [Tc^NCDTPA)]" dan [TVNCDTPA)]" masing-masing dengan bilangan koordinasi 6,7 dan 8, karena mereka mempunyai nilai SAS niasing-masiftg 0,9122 , 1,0519 dan 1,1908 adalah lebih besar dari nilai SAS

ANALISIS DATA METEOROLOGILINGKUNGAN DI SEKTTAR PPNY PADA PC MENGGUNAKAN SISTEM WUNDOWS

Inslalasi stasiun mini untitk mengukur beherapa parameter meteorologi di lingkungan PPNY telah dilakukan untuk memantau kondisi cuaca, khususnya arah angin, kecepatan angin, dan temperatur luar. Anemometer yang dilengkapi thermislor untuk mengukur termperatur(WS-IOT) dihubungkanpada Game Adapter komputer melalui kabel 40feet. Pencatatan data kefiie dilakukan secara otomatis setiap enam menit apabila komputer dalam operasi.Data file ditandai dengan MMDD.log (MM=months, DD=day) dan file baru akan disimpan ke dalam hard drive pada tengah malam. Dari hasil analisis data menggunakan SPSSfor Windows diperoleh bahwa range temperatur luar adalah 67 Fsampai 97,6F dengan modns 73,9 F. Kecepatan angin maksimum adalah 17,7 Mph dengan distribusi frekuensi arah angin terbanyak adalah ke arah Utara (O ) yaitu 18,9 %. Dengan analisis data meteorologi lingkungan di sekitar PPNY dapat diperoleh pola kecepatan angin, arah angin danfluktuasi temperatur tahunan.
ANALYSiSENVERONMENTMETEOROLOGIDATAAROUNDPPNYUSINGPCWITHWINDOWS SYSTEM. The installation ofa small station to measure some meteorological parameters had beendone in Yogyakarta Nuctear Research Center (PPNY) in order to keep the weather conditions under control, especially winddirection, windspeed, andoutdoor temperature. The anemometerwith themperatureprobe (WS-IOT) was connected to the Game adapter ofthye Personal Computer (PC) using 40feets flat cable. A datafde entry was automatically written by WS-lOTat six minutes intervals whenever theprogram was irt operation. The dalafdes are labeled by date as MMDD. log (MM=Months, DD =Day) and ifthe program is operaatedcontinously, a newjtle be startedeach midnight. By the analysis data usingSPSSfor IVindov/s, che range oftemperature were 67 Funtil97.6 Fandmedian 76,7 F. The maximum speedofwind was 17.7 Mph and the freqmncy ofwind direction at the most was to the North (18.9 %). The analysis of meteorological data around vacinity was done to get the annualprofd ofwind speed, wind direction, and outdoor temperaiure.
