Entry is open to DeLonghi DeClub members who are residents of Australia and are 18 years of age or older, except employees and contractors of DeLonghi Australia Pty Ltd, their agencies or any member of their immediate family. The competition consists of 6 random Draws (as specified in the Schedule) An entrant may enter a Draw by completing the entry form on the website at www.delonghi.com.au and submitting the entry form to the promoter (by selecting the Submit button) during the period between the 9.00am on the Entry Date (as specified in the Schedule) and 5.00pm on the Closing Date (as specified in the Schedule) for that Draw. Incomplete entries are void. An entrant may only enter a Draw once. An entry into one Draw does not automatically enter the entrant into any subsequent Draw For the February 09 Draw, the first 2 complete entries drawn will win one of 2 prizes as stated in the table below. 9. The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of AUD $5,256.00 (including GST). 10. Each Draw will be drawn at 5.00pm on the Draw Date for the Draw (as specified in the Schedule) at DeLonghi Australia Pty Ltd, Unit 3a, 43 Lyn Parade Prestons NSW 2170. 12. If necessary, a second chance draw for any unclaimed prizes will be held for at 5.00 pm (EST) on 9 April 2010 at DeLonghi Australia Pty Ltd, Unit 3a, 43 Lyn Parade Prestons NSW 2170. 13. Winners of a Draw will be notified by email the day following the Draw. 14. The name and suburb of each winner of a Draw will be published in the next DeLonghi DeClub email issued after the Draw date and on the DeLonghi Australia website (www.delonghi.com.au) on the Publication Date for the Draw (as specified in the Schedule). The name of the winners will also be published in The Australian newspaper on the publication dates for the draw (as specified in the Schedule). 15.
