To order, simply email hifionline@easternhifi.co.nz with: your full name; physical day time delivery address; day time phone number; the product code, description, serial number (if listed) and Hot 100 price; your preferred delivery option (see below); your preferred method of payment (see below). If your enquiry is successful (remember this sale is strictly First In, First Served and many items are one-off ), you will be sent a return email with confirmation, an order number and payment details. Once payment is confirmed we will ship the order out to you (or you can pick up if in Auckland).
you are welcome to pick up goods yourself (between 9am and 4:30 pm from 15c Vestey Drive, Mt Wellington if in Auckland), or organise your own freight forwarding.
Hot 100 stock has a 90 day Return to Base warranty. Projector bulbs are not covered by warranty. To secure an item email hifionline@easternhifi.co.nz to confirm your interest. You will then receive a return email with confirmation of order and payment. Confirmed email transactions will be processed from 9 a.m. Monday, 24 August. If payment is not confirmed within 24 hours, the item will be offered to the next enquiry. Hot 100 stock is not on display in any of the Eastern HiFi stores. Listed products cannot be purchased from stores, only by email enquiry (hifionline@easternhifi.co.nz). All deliveries require a signature (unless advised otherwise by purchaser).
