Even as it stands, however, the DM600 Series 3 system is probably the most rounded and affordable mid priced system on the market today. It is modestly sensitive, and so doesnt demand a particularly powerful amplication, but it thrives if you do happen to have genuinely powerful home cinema amplier (something of an oxymoron, but this is another story) as it sounds consistent over a wide volume range. The timing is clean and propulsive, and vocal intelligibility is excellent, without recourse to any obvious tonal trickery. [] Matching the clean, articulate sound, the system has clean, modern aesthetics, and looks great in the Sorrento nish submitted. The textured front panel, has a light touch that helps minimise visual bulk. Incidentally, it is also a good match for the currently fashionable silver grey TV nishes. A triumph.
