WAP GPRS CONFIGURATION

1. Go to Start > Settings > Connections > GPRS 2. Click on Menu tab > click on Add and enter as follow: Description: Maxis WAP GPRS Connects to: The Internet Access point: net User name: maxis Password: wap Primary & Secondary DNS: <blank> IP address: <blank> 3. Select Done > Return back to the Connections menu and select Proxy 4. Select Menu > Choose Add and enter as follow: Description: Maxis Connects from: The Internet Connects to: WAP Network Proxy (name: port): 202.075.133.049:80 Type: WAP User name: maxis Password: wap 5. Select Done and Maxis WAP GPRS configuration completed

MMS CONFIGURATION

1. Go to Start > Settings > Connections > GPRS 2. Click on Menu tab > click on Add and enter as follow: Description: Maxis MMS Connects to: MMS network Access point: net User name: maxis Password: wap Primary & Secondary DNS: <blank> IP address: <blank> 3. Select Done > Return back to the main menu and select Messaging 4. Select MMS and go to Menu 5. Select Options and go to Account options 6. Choose MMS > select Menu > select MMSC settings 7. Select Menu > choose New and enter as follow: Name: Maxis MMS MMSC URL: http://172.16.74.100:10021/mmsc WAP Gateway: 202.075.133.049 Port: 80 Connect Via: MMS Network Max. Sending Size: 100K WAP version: WAP 2.0 8. Select Done and Maxis MMS configuration is completed.

EMAIL CONFIGURATION

Press Start > Messaging > Outlook E-mail Press Menu > select Options > select Account Setup Highlight Outlook E-Mail > press Menu > and select New Key in the following details: Your name: <Key in your name> E-mail address: <Key in your e-mail address> Automatic setup: Uncheck Attempt to obtain e-mail settings from the Internet: Check 6. Press Next Username: <Key in your e-mail username> Password: <Key in your e-mail password> Domain (if necessary): Leave Blank Save password: Check 7. Press Next Server type: POP3 Account name: <Key in your e-mail account name> Network: The Internet 8. Press Next Incoming Server: <Key in the incoming e-mail server> Require SSL connection: Uncheck Outgoing Server: <Key in the outgoing e-mail server> Outgoing server requires authentication: Check 9. Press Next Download the following messages: Select All messages Select Headers Only 10. Press Next Connect automatically and check for messages: Never 11. Press Finish
