Tried to get MS to replace them but they refu...  Great for those who are used to the original white wired MS Natural Keyboards. Got mine on Ebay for $40 NEW!!! It pays to shop around! Good Layout, Quiet Keys, Rechargeable Mouse, Easy to Configure Small media keys

I find the problem with not being able to use some of the shortkeys a significant shortfall of this keyboard/mouse set. I bought this same desktop configuration for my office at work a few months ago. Overall, this is a very comfortable, high quality wirless desktop set. In a substantial improvement over previous Microsoft wireless desktop sets.

I use this keyboard for more than a year. This is your keyboard if you use touchtyping only. I decided to give this keyboard a try. It takes times toused to it because of an ergonomic shape.
