The Waterproof TDScan 1, 2, 3 and 4 represent the new generation of waterproof pocket TDS and conductivity testers. Advanced circuitry provides direct full scale read-out; an innovative design allows easy sensor replacement.
WATERPROOF Do not worry if you drop this tester in water - it floats! Double O-ring Silicone seals keep water out and your tester safe from damage. DIRECT READ-OUT Simply read direct from the display. Avoid bother of multiplication factors and save time. AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION Automatic temperature compensation keeps readings accurate even in fluctuating temperature conditions, giving you readings you can rely upon. USER REPLACEABLE SENSOR You can replace the sensor yourself; no tools are needed and no messy soldering necessary. You get to use the same tester over and over again saving you money over time. Spare sensors are supplied separately. TAMPER-PROOF CALIBRATION Calibration trimmer is isolated inside a battery compartment to prevent accidental tampering of calibration settings. STAINLESS STEEL SENSOR Sensor element is of SS 316 and ingeniously recessed for physical protection. The superior chemical durability of the sensor casing gives you many years of trouble free operation. INNOVATIVE DESIGN Your meter is ergonomically designed to fit your hand and your shirt pocket. You can wear the tester around your neck by running a cord through the eyelet on the cap, reducing risk of accidental loss. Batteries are easily replaced inside a twist-off battery compartment with no worry of broken wires or contacts. REINFORCED ENGINEERING PLASTIC Your tester casing is made of high strength VALOX, a special composite engineering plastic for outstanding physical and chemical durability. WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS Choose TDScan 1 for drinking water applications and TDScan 2 for water treatment; or TDScan 3 and TDScan 4 if you prefer a conductivity read-out.
