DISHWASHING RANGE

The Fagor Industrial range of Dishwashers includes small glass washers for bars, cafs or small restaurants to large industrial sized models capable of dealing with up to 6,000 dishes/hour.
Below we present our range of glass washers, front loading dishwashers, commercial dishwashers pass and through compact
dishwashers, as well as the Clinic Line and ECO series, in addition to all of the accessories available for dishwashers with capacities of up to 2,000 dishes/hour.
All of our equipment is designed to improve hygiene conditions: the exteriors of the appliances are finished with an extra-fine polish and do not have sharp edges, while all interior angles are rounded off, thus avoiding pockets of dirt, eliminating odours while at the same time ensuring the complete emptying of the tank and excellent waste filtration.

GLASS WASHERS

COMMERCIAL PASS THROUGH DISHWASHERS

We would like to introduce you to our MODULAR CONVEYOR DISHWASHERS and FLIGHT DISHWASHERS. Fully-reliable machines capable of handling high washing volumes. Maximum efficiency in the washing process: Built in AISI-304 (18/10) stainless steel. Machines that provide higher output rates by adding different modules: pre-washing, washing and double rinsing. Easy to use and totally hygienic. These are the features that characterise our dishwashers. There are designed to offer perfect accessibility: Access from the front makes it easier to carry out repair work. Easily-accessible controls on top of the machine, next to the temperature indicators. Easy access to the water, electricity and drain inlets. Large access doors to filters and drains.
Inner hygiene: Wash tanks with rounded edges to prevent dirt from accumulating. Double filter that can be removed easily to keep the water clean for longer. In addition to safety, accessibility and maximum efficiency, dishwashers offer intelligent saving. A reduction in energy consumption. Lower water consumption. And environmentally friendly.
The energy recovery device: As an option, our dishwashers can be fitted with a condenser unit which absorbs the heat generated inside, increasing water temperature to between 20 and 25C without increasing consumption. Thus, the first rinsing operation takes place at a temperature of 60C-70C and in the second, the water has a temperature of between 80C-90C. This optional condenser, located above the dishwasher conveyor, does not require a longer conveyor and provides better rinsing, at a higher temperature, and with improved hygiene levels. The new modular conveyor dishwashers and flight dishwashers are the perfect solution for washing 2000-6000 dishes per hour, in both the gas or electricity models. The use of gas is an exclusive feature of Fagor Industrial, conceived to reduce energy consumption. By helping to save on the cost per dish. The machine reaches its operating temperature very quickly. Gas models allow for 80% energy-saving compared to equivalent electrical models. Their ignition system works by means of ionisation and an electromagnetic valve, thus avoiding a pilot flame and increasing safety. They have a double-walled generator which increases heat insulation, reducing heat losses. As in the case of the electrical models, they are equipped with detectors that disconnect the system when there are no washing baskets in the machine. Moreover, they are environmentally friendly, reducing atmospheric contamination from greenhouse gases.

Both upper and lower wash and rise arms are constructed of stainless steel to ensure a long life span. Extra wide stainless steel legs are adjustable up to 4 high. Field adjustable straight-thru or corner design Do o r: The hood is constructed of high grade stainless steel, counter-balanced with two springs for easy opening from the front and sides when in a corner application. No channel system to provide a better work flow for your unit. Pump: Our exclusive two pump system each connected to a single wash arm (top and bottom), ensure high pressure re-circulating wash throughout the tank. Also includes an adjustable liquid detergent and rinse pumps, pre drilled holes for probes and pre defined electrical connectors for third party solid soap dispensers. Co ntro l s : Controls are center mounted and accessible for service from the front. Three preset time settings (55, 75 & 120 seconds) for small, medium and heavy loads will optimize energy and time.
