| "I heard that this was a great brand to use out of all the others, so i wanted to try it. I waited until it was on sale. "While these discs are MII, they are lower quality than those MIS. It is still possible to backup all data without any problems. | |

Before using your appliance for the first time, make sure that the mains voltage in your home corresponds to that indicated for the vacuum cleaner. Only plug the appliance in if the mains system and socket have a capacity of 16 Amps. We recommend that, before switching the vacuum cleaner on, you turn the power setting to minimum, and gradually increase to the required level once the motor is in operation. In the event of the socket and plug being incompatible, have a qualified electrician replace the socket. After removing the packaging, check that the appliance is in perfect condition. If in
Certain fundamental rules must be respected in the use of any electrical appliance: In particular Never submerge the appliance in water. Never touch the plug or the vacuum cleaner with wet hands or feet. Never pull on the cable to unplug the appliance.

Always unplug the appliance before changing filters or cleaning or when you have finished using it. Do not use the vacuum cleaner outside or on wet surfaces. Do not vacuum wet or damp dust or dirt particles. Do not vacuum flammable liquids such as cleaning fluids or petrol, etc., or their fumes. Do not vacuum hard, sharp or oversized objects, matches, hot ashes, cigarette ends or any other such materials. Do not let children or the mentally disabled use the appliance.
Do not leave the appliance near hot ovens, heaters or radiators. Do not move the appliance by pulling on the cable or flexible tube. Use the transport handle provided. Never use the vacuum cleaner without its filters. Change filters after vacuuming fine dust particles or cleaning new rugs or carpets. Do not vacuum very fine particles such as cement, fine sand or flour, etc. Do not use the appliance if the suction channels are obstructed in any way, since this could cause the motor to overheat.
4. ASSEMBLING AND USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
To extend the telescopic tube (14) to the length you require, push the catch forward. Next, attach the brush (11) or one of the nozzles (17) or (18) to one end of the tube and insert the flexible tube (12) into the other.
Insert the flexible tube into the suction inlet (1), making sure the grooves coincide with their corresponding ridges to ensure a secure fit. To release, simply press the fluted wings on the flexible tube and pull.
Pull the connection cable (19) to unwind it from its housing and plug into the mains. Warning: The end of the cable is indicated by a yellow mark. Do not continue to pull on the cable after this yellow mark has appeared, as this could cause irreparable damage to the cable winding device.
Press the start-stop pedal (6) to switch the vacuum cleaner on. To switch off, simply press the pedal once again. Before switching the vacuum cleaner on, use the electronic power regulator (8) to turn the power setting to minimum, and then gradually increase to the desired setting after the motor has started up.
Pgina 12
The electronic power regulator (8) enables you to adjust the suction power in accordance with the floor surface to be vacuumed. You can set the power level to anywhere between Minimum (recommended for curtains and delicate fabrics) and Maximum (recommended for high dirt concentrations and hard floor surfaces). In general, except in cases of extreme dirt or delicate fabrics, we recommend that you adjust the power setting to the energy-saving position half way between MAX and MIN. Suction power can also be regulated manually by adjusting the shutter in the handle (13): Shutter closed: greater suction power. Shutter open: less suction power.
The floor brush (11) has two working positions: A) position for vacuuming hard floor surfaces B) position for vacuuming rugs and carpets
When you have finished using the vacuum cleaner, switch it off, unplug the cable and press the automatic cable rewind pedal (7). Make sure that the cable does not twist or loop when rewinding. Guide manually if necessary.
Storage: The appliance can be stored in an upright position, inserting the telescopic tube catch (15) into the housings located underneath the vacuum cleaner and at the rear of the transport handle. Nozzles 17 and 18 can be attached to the accessory hook (16) located on the telescopic tube.

Remove the HEPA filter from its housing and empty and clean the box. To extend the life of the HEPA filter, the filter is protected by a mesh that filters the bigger particles of dust. Clean the mesh often with a soft brush if necessary, taking care not to break it. It can also be washed in warm water. Make sure that it is completely dry before putting it back. Replace the HEPA filter and then place the dust box back into position. Unplug the appliance and remove the flexible tube from the suction inlet. HEPA filter (4) The filter should be changed whenever you notice a significant reduction in the suction force. We recommend that you change the HEPA filter at least once a year. Warning: Never use the vacuum cleaner without a HEPA filter, as this may damage the motor. Motor protection filter (5) This filter is located opposite the HEPA filter. To access it, first remove the dust box and then pull up on the grille that holds it in place. You should change this filter whenever you change the HEPA filter. Warning: Never use the vacuum cleaner without a motor protection filter. Air outlet filter (10) This element filters the air expelled from the appliance. To change the filter, simply remove the grille that holds it in place. This filter should be changed every time you change the HEPA filter.
