General Features
The Lumen is designed and built in Italy and features AISI 304 stainless steel. Often duplicated, Falmec designs have been adopted by many of it's competitors for decades, a complement to Falmec designers. The Lumen is another Falmec innovation, that strengthens their position as the industries design leader. While providing light to the cooking surface there is a beautiful ambient light transmitted up above and out from the frosted glass trim on the top of the canopy. The metallic grease filters are easily removable for washing. Also all Falmec models come standard with backlit electronic controls and delayed shutoff.
