Thin and light notebook that doubles as a multimedia machine and not a bad option for gaming. Not too heavy. When you buy this laptop, get this a sound blaster audigy 2 zs pcmcia card and get gaming, also great for typing. Ok, this is a gamers dream!

My machine of course is not brand new factory...  Posibility to expand Acer support and web site very slow When I first looked at the Acer Ferrari I was...  Battery Life, Nice Screen, 64 Bit Processor, 1 GIG Ram, Dual-Layer DVD Burner.

The Acer Ferrari 4000 series consists of the Acer Ferrari 4005WLMi and the 4002WLMi. The 4002 is not widely available yet.

Maybe the other Acers without the fancy case are better, like the equivalent TravelMate. I really want to love this tempremental machine.

The COOLEST looking notebook on the market.Hard disk can be replaced easily. IGO Juice has not made a tip that fits this model yet. Good looks and a feel of quality.Fast, tremendous video card. Not price because I did not pay $2K, Hmmmmm..... Tough call. haven?t find yet. I?m very mad with it yet. bluetooth mouse - (very slow)Graphic Card - Only for gaming

Had the Acer Ferrari for about two years now and the work is doing is above every other laptop i have seen during my two years in university. I bought my Acer Ferrari laptop in October 2005 - plenty of time to have forged a decent opinion of it.
