The circulating motor pump can replace all motor pumps with entraxe 130, 160, 180 on the following types : UPS15-50, 15-60, 25-50 and 25-60 of GRUNDFOS CP51, CP53, CP61 and CP63 of MYSON EASY ASSEMBLY Saving of time, no body dismantling ! Low stock control used on more than 200 types of boilers
Installation in 4 positions

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

1 - After reading the instructions, stop and disconnect the boiler. Then, blow off the heating system, dismentle the motor with a key BTR and keep the 4 screws.
2 - Open the electrical box, disconnect the 3 threads from their upport and get out the shaft seal from the cable.
3 - Open the electrical box of the motor of circulator. Take out the shaft seal and pass the cable. Then connect up the threads. Put the shaft seal at its place and close the box.
4 - Put carefully the seal supplied with the motor of circulator in its place on the volute.
5 - Fit on the motor of circulator with the 4 screws, chec- START-UP SAFETY king the correct positioning on the seal. Never star-up a circulator before having connected the earth connection to the Fil with wtar, terminal located Blow off, Check the waterproof Apply the voltage and switch on the boiler. Select the speed according the notice of the following page.

ADJUSTING SPEED ADVICES
Simple or mixed boiler, little heating installation about 10 KW, use the low speed. Simple or mixed boiler, average heating installation, power below or equal to 23 KW, use the medium speed. Simple or mixed boiler, high heating installtion to 23 KW, use the high speed. if the motor is noisy, use the low speed. Water proof standard IP 42
