Automatic Winding Movements
A timepiece with an automatic winding movement obtains the power to wind itself by the movement of your wrist, there is no battery. Therefore, not wearing the timepiece for several consecutive days could exhaust the power reserve. If your watch stops, it is recommended that you manually wind the movement by rotating the crown clockwise to achieve the necessary power reserve. It is important that your timepiece is adjusted to match the size of your wrist. A loose fit may result in a loss in capacity of the timepiece to wind itself. When fully wound, your timepiece has a power reserve of approximately 38 hours.

Once the hand has been zeroed, reset the time and return the crown to position 1. Do not return the crown to position 1 while the hands are returning to 0. Doing so will cause the position of the hands to be recognized as the new 0 position. Chronograph Operation This chronograph is able to measure and display time in 1/1 second up to maximum of 1 hour. 1. Press A to start/stop the chronograph. 2. Press B to reset the chronograph.

With each press of A or B, the hands move one position. They move quickly if the pushers are held down. NOTE: If the stopwatch hands function improperly, pull out crown and press A and B at the same time for over 2 seconds. When the pushers are released, the stopwatch second and 1/10 second hands will spin around and return to 0. This will indicate that the internal circuit has been reset.

Always set the crown in the normal position. Tighten screw-lock crown completely. Clean your watch with a soft cloth and water only. Do not submerge your watch under water unless it is water rated (see caseback). After salt water use, rinse watch under tap water and wipe dry with a soft cloth. Metal watch bands should be washed periodically to keep them looking beautiful. Clean with a soft brush dipped in mild, soapy water. Be sure to wipe dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

FAST COMPUTER DESIGNS

Our team of graphic designers will design your request with photographic hi-resolution files. Lead time for virtual comps is 48 hours from art received.

ART REQUIREMENTS

Vector art is requested due to the need our designers have when working with logos, illustrations, type and graphics that are typically scaled to different sizes. Vector graphics, which Adobe Illustrator and InDesign create, also called Draw Graphics, consist of smooth lines that retain their clarity when scaled up and down to size. If no vector art can be provided, 300 dpi camera ready art, printed or on disc, will ensure production of the highest quality product.
ART FILES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Photoshop EPS, AI or PDF vector files preferred

UNACCEPTABLE ART

The following are unacceptable: Logos from a letterhead or any Xerox copy, low-resolution jpeg, low-resolution files/logos downloaded from your website, artwork or logos printed on coasters, napkins, labels, T-shirts or any other unsuitable object. If you have questions about the art you are sending, please contact your Relic representative.

Q: WHAT IS PRODUCTION TIME?
A: Standard production time is 4 weeks from art approval unless otherwise stated. This is calculated in working days and applies to quantities listed in the catalog. For lead times on larger quantities, please contact Customer Service.

Q: CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE?

A: Sample orders require a purchase order number. Sample products are billed at EQP on a (C) and can be returned in their original condition within 30 days.
Q: WHAT IS THE STANDARD IMPRINT AREA?
A: We will size your logo to fit on all of our products.
Q: WHEN WILL I PAY FOR SET-UP CHARGES?
A: Set-up charges are per style # and per decoration option. If you order 25 mens and 25 ladies watches, you will pay 2 set-up charges.

Q: WHAT IS MOQ?

A: 25 pieces per style # is the minimum order. Mens and ladies styles cannot be combined to equal a quantity of 25 total pieces. If LTM is available for the style you need, the absolute minimum is 15 units per style and a $50 (Z) LTM charge applies, per style.
Q: WHEN WILL I PAY FOR RUNNING CHARGES?
A: The price of our watches includes one of 3 decorations: 2-color dial imprint, caseback engraving or clasp engraving. The first 2 colors of the dial imprint do not incur running charges. There are no running charges for caseback engraving only or clasp engraving only.
Q: WHAT IS THE F.O.B. LOCATION AND STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD?
A: Dallas, TX 75238 via UPS Ground.
Q: WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON RELIC WATCHES?
A: Limited 11 (eleven) year warranty. For more details, please see the warranty booklet included with each watch purchase.
