QUICKSTART - SET THE TIME 1. Push the bottom right hand button until the mode hand indicator points to TME. 2. Press and hold the upper left button for three seconds. The hour and minute hand will retract to the 12 Oclock position. 3. Select the time zone on the digital display by pressing the upper right button or the lower left button. 4. Pull the bottom right button out one click. The bottom part of the digital display will start flashing. Press the bottom left button to adjust for daylight saving time. 5. Press the upper right button. You will see the seconds flashing on the lower half of the digital display. Press the lower left button to reset the seconds to 00. 6. Press the upper right button. You will see the minutes flashing. Press the lower left button to set the minutes to your current time. 7. Press the upper right button. You will see the hours flashing. Press the lower left button to set the hours to your current time. 8. Press the upper right button. You will see 12H or 24H flashing. Press the lower left button to switch between 12 hour and 24 hour. 9. Push the lower right button back in. SET THE CALENDAR 1. Push the bottom right hand button until the mode hand indicator points to CAL. 2. Press and hold the upper left button for three seconds. The hour and minute hand will retract to the 12 Oclock position. 3. Select the time zone on the digital display by pressing the upper right button or the lower left button. 4. Pull the bottom right button out one click. You will see the month flashing on the digital display. Press the lower left button to change the month. 5. Press the upper right button and the date will begin flashing. Press the lower left button to change the date. 6. Press the upper right button. You will see the year flashing. Press the lower left button to change the year. 7. Push the lower right button back in. SET THE ALARMS 1. Push the bottom right hand button until the mode hand indicator points to AL1, AL2 or AL3. 2. Press and hold the upper left button for three seconds. The hour and minute hand will retract to the 12 Oclock position. 3. Select the time zone on the digital display by pressing the upper right button or the lower left button. 4. Pull the lower right button out one click. You will see ON or OF flashing on the digital display. Press the lower left button to turn the alarm on or off.

5. Press the upper right button. You will see the hours flashing. Press the lower left button to change the hour. 6. Press the upper right button. You will see the minutes flashing. Press the lower left button to change the minutes. 7. Push the lower right button back in. SET THE TIMEZONE 1. Setting the time zones allows you to add or remove cities on the digital display or switch between daylight saving and standard time. Begin by pressing the lower right button to move the mode hand indicator to SET mode on the bottom dial. 2. If the hour or minute hands are obscuring the digital display, press and hold the upper left button for three seconds. This will cause the hour and minute hand to retract to the 12 Oclock position. 3. Now pull the lower right button out one click. You will see the digital display flashing. Press the upper left button to select SET to display the city or OFF to not display the city. Press the lower left button to turn summer time on or off. Summer time is indicated on the lower part of the digital display. Daylight savings time must be manually set for each city. 4. Pressing the upper right button will allow you to scroll through all the cities. After setting, push the lower right button back in. USING THE TIMER 1. Press the lower right button to move the mode hand indicator to TMR mode on the mode dial. 2. If the hour or minute hands are obscuring the digital display, press and hold the upper left button for three seconds. This will cause the hour and minute hand to retract to the 12 Oclock position. 3. Pull the lower right button out one click. You will see the minutes flashing in the digital display. Change the minutes by pressing the lower left button. Once you have set the minutes on the timer, push the lower right button back in. 4. Pressing the upper right button starts and stops the timer. 5. Press the lower left button when the timer is stopped to reset the timer to its initial preset time. USING THE CHRONOGRAPH 1. To use the chronograph press the lower right button to move the mode indicator hand to CHR mode on the mode dial. 2. Press and hold the upper left button for three seconds. The hour and minute hand will retract to the 12 Oclock position. 3.To start or stop the chronograph press the upper right button. If you press the lower left button it will display the split time for 10 seconds. 4. When the chronograph is stopped press the lower left button to reset back to zero.
SET THE TIME ZONE 1. Setting the time zones allows you to add or remove cities on the digital display or switch between daylight saving and standard time. Begin by pressing the lower right button to move the mode indicator hand to SET mode on the bottom dial. 2. Press and hold the upper left button for three seconds. The hour and minute hand will retract to the 12 Oclock position. 3. Pull the lower right button out one click. You will see the digital display flashing. Press the upper left button to select SET to display the city or OFF to not display the city. Press the lower left button to turn summer time on or off. Summer time is indicated on the lower part of the digital display. Daylight savings time must be manually set for each city. 4. Pressing the upper right button will allow you to scroll through all the cities. After setting, Push the lower right button back in one click.

5. Press the upper left button. You will see MIN on the top half of the digital display. Press the upper right button to advance the minute hand clockwise or the lower left button to move anti-clockwise until it is pointing straight up at the 12 Oclock position. 6. Push the lower right button back in one click. The watch malfunctions in some way and the above procedures do not work. 1. Press the lower right button until the mode indicator hand points to TME. 2. Pull the lower right button out one click. Press the other three buttons down simultaneously for three seconds and release. You will see 8s on the digital display. 3. Press the upper left button. You will see UTC on the top half of the digital display. Press the upper right button to advance the hands of the top dial to the straight up 24-hour position. Use the lower left button to go in reverse. 4. Press the upper left button. You will see HR on the top half of the digital display. Press the upper right button to advance the hour and 24-hour hand clockwise until they both point straight up at the 24-hour position. Use the lower left button to move the hand anti-clockwise. 5. Press the upper left button. You will see MIN on the top half of the digital display. Press the upper right button to advance the minute hand clockwise or the lower left button to move anti-clockwise until it is pointing straight up at the 12 Oclock position. 6. Push the lower right button back in one click.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The analogue hands block the digital display. 1. Press and hold the upper left button for three seconds. The hour and minute hand will retract to the 12 Oclock position allowing a clear view of the digital display. 2. Press the upper left button to return the analogue hands to the previous position. The analogue time does not match the digital time for the selected zone. 1. Push the bottom right hand button until the mode indicator hand points to TME. 2. Select the time zone on the digital display by pressing the upper right button or the lower left button. 3. Press the upper right and lower left buttons simultaneously and release. The hour and minute hand will go to the time zone shown on the digital display. At this point the digital display may go to UTC or another time zone. Press the upper right or lower left button to scroll to the time zone you just set the analogue hands to. The analogue hands are not precisely synchronised with the digital time. 1. Press the lower right button to move the mode indicator hand to CHR. 2. Pull the lower right button out one click. The hour, minute and UTC hands will retract towards the straight up 12 Oclock position. You will see UTC on the top half of the digital display. 3. Press the upper right button to advance the hands to the straight up 24-hour position. Use the lower left button to go in reverse. 4. Press the upper left button. You will see HR on the top half of the digital display. Press the upper right button to advance the hour and 24-hour hand clockwise until they both point straight up at the 24-hour position. Use the lower left button to move the hand anti-clockwise.

Time Setting 1. Pull the crown out to position 2. 2. Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the desired time. 3. Return the crown to position 1.

DATE MODELS

Date Setting 1. Pull the crown out to position 2. 2. Turn the crown either clockwise or counter-clockwise and set the date for the previous day. The direction that moves the date varies on different watch models. Time Setting 1. Pull crown out to position 3. 2. Turn counter-clockwise to advance the time and continue until the day changes to the present day. 3. Set to the correct time. 4. Push crown back to position 1.
Automatic Winding Movements
A timepiece with an automatic winding movement obtains the power to wind itself by the movement of your wrist, there is no battery. Therefore, not wearing the timepiece for several consecutive days could exhaust the power reserve. If your watch stops, it is recommended that you manually wind the movement by rotating the crown clockwise to achieve the necessary power reserve. It is important that your timepiece is adjusted to match the size of your wrist. A loose fit may result in a loss in capacity of the timepiece to wind itself. When fully wound, your timepiece has a power reserve of approximately 38 hours.

1. To start time-keeping, rotate the crown clockwise 15-20 times in position 1 until power reserve hand moves from - low reserve to + full reserve. Pull crown out to position 2 and rotate clockwise to set time. Push crown back to position 1. 2. Press A to set date. Each press of pusher A will advance the date by one increment. Hand in upper left indicates date and will automatically reset to 1 at the end of a 31-day month. Note: Do not set date and week between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. (22 oclock and 2 oclock). Doing so could damage the movements accuracy.

Time/Date Setting 1. Before setting the time, make sure the chronograph second and minute hands are at the 12:00 position and the chronograph is not running. See Chronograph Operation instructions below. 2. Pull crown out to position 2. 3. Rotate crown clockwise until the previous days date is displayed in date window. 4. Pull crown out to position 3 when the second hand is in the 12:00 position. Second hand will stop. 5. Rotate crown clockwise to set time. 6. Return crown to position 1. Note: Make sure that AM/PM is set correctly. Do not set date between 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. or day may not change properly. Chronograph Operation 1. Press A to start/stop the chronograph. 2. Press B to reset. Split Time 1. Press B while the chronograph is running. 2. Press B again to return to the chronograph. 3. Press A to finalize timing. 4. Press B to reset. Chronograph Zero Reset 1. Pull crown out to position 3. 2. Press A to reset the chronograph second hand to 12:00 (zero) position. Each press advances the chronograph second hand one mark. If A is held down for over 2 seconds, the chronograph second hand advances continuously. Note: Chronograph minute hand moves simultaneously with chronograph second hand. 3. Press B to reset the chronograph minute hand. Repeat step 2 instructions. 4. Return crown to position 1 when chronograph hands are reset to zero.

NOTE: The movement of the 24-hour hand corresponds to the hour and minute hands. When setting the time be sure to check that the 24-hour hand is set properly. 6. Return crown to position 1. NOTE: When the crown is in position 2, do not press the pushers. Otherwise the chronograph hands will move. NOTE: Do not set the date between 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. to ensure accuracy. Chronograph 1. Press A to start/stop the chronograph. 2. Press B to reset to zero. Chronograph Zero Reset 1. If either of the chronograph hands is not at the zero (12:00) position, pull crown out to position 3. 2. Press A to move hands clockwise; press B to move hands counterclockwise. Each press of A or B will move the chronograph hands by one increment/decrement. Or press and hold A or B for fast increment/ decrement. 3. When both hands are in the zero position, reset time and return crown to position 1. NOTE: Chronograph minute hand will synchronize with chronograph second hand during chronograph zero reset.

Chronograph Zero Reset This procedure should be performed when the chronograph second hand does not return to the 0 position after the chronograph has been reset. 1. Pull crown out to position 3. 2. Press A to set the chronograph second hand to the 0 position. NOTE: The hands move quickly if the pushers are kept pressed. 3. Once the hand has been zeroed, reset the time and return the crown to position 1. Do not return the crown to position 1 while the hands are returning to 0. Doing so will cause the position of the hands to be recognized as the new 0 position. Chronograph Operation This chronograph is able to measure and display time in 1/1 second up to maximum of 1 hour. 1. Press A to start/stop the chronograph. 2. Press B to reset the chronograph.

Turn crown clockwise until the previous days date is displayed. 4. Pull crown out to position 3 when the second hand is at the 12:00 position. 5. Turn crown to set time. Note: The movement of the 24-hour hand corresponds to the hour and minute hands. When setting the time be sure to check that the 24-hour hand is set properly. 6. Return crown to position 1. Note: When the crown is in position 2, do not press the pushers. Otherwise the chronograph hands will move. Chronograph 1. Press A to start/stop the chronograph. 2. Press B to reset to zero. Press A to start/stop the stopwatch. 2. Press B to control the split time and reset. Stopwatch Hand Adjustment 1. Pull crown out to position 3. 2. Press A to reset the stopwatch 1/10 second hand to the 0 position. 3. Press B to reset the second and minute hands. The hands only move clockwise. 4. With each press of A or B, the hands move one position. They move quickly if the pushers are held down. NOTE: If the stopwatch hands function improperly, pull out crown and press A and B at the same time for over 2 seconds. When the pushers are released, the stopwatch second and 1/10 second hands will spin around and return to 0. This will indicate that the internal circuit has been reset.

Split Time Measurement 1. To measure a split time, press pusher D while Chronograph is timing. 2. Press pusher D to return to return to Chronograph measurement display. 3. Always set the crown in the normal position. Tighten screw-lock crown completely. Clean your watch with a soft cloth and water only. Do not submerge your watch under water unless it is water rated (see caseback). After salt water use, rinse watch under tap water and wipe dry with a soft cloth. Metal watch bands should be washed periodically to keep them looking beautiful. Clean with a soft brush dipped in mild, soapy water. Be sure to wipe dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
