| Wow! What an improvement. I got the original Digital Rebel years ago. Finally gave out on me. Thought I was just shelling out $500 for replacement,... Very good first DLSR! Purchased in late 2009 as a gift for the SO who had requested "a camera that would do HD video too". | |

| The Canon Rebel T1i was ready to roll right out of the box. After charging the battery only 2 hours it was ready to go. I really love my new camera. It takes fabulous photos. I really like the image stabilization lens on it. | |

| beautiful design, hard to break, pretty good inbuilt flash, what more can a guy ask. Its worth every penny. Quite easily the best DSLR I have known. I did an extensive research which included the comparison between the Canon EOS T1i, NIKON D3000. | |

| This is my first DSLR and the T1i takes great pictures despite my low photography knowledge. If you can get this camera for around 6 to 700 bucks, go for it!! If you are looking to step into the Digital SLR game. | |

| lightweight, not over done. Awesome that it can video and LCD screen is perfect size for videoing and picture shoots. Can be used with a circular polarized filter to eliminate glare. Moderate total weight when combined with good lenses. Controls are intuitive. | |
