The Evolution Plus from Franke fulfills every coffee desire. In restaurants and bars, in concepts chains and hotels the Evolution Plus is the perfect coffee machine for every taste. At the touch of a button, it offers a huge selection of coffee specialities thanks to 32 different programmable product buttons and a clever pre election system. s The milk system, which comes in a 2-Step version, either as a CF or a Foam Master, make the Evolution Plus the ideal partner for your business.

OPTIMAL HANDLING

The bean hoppers can be removed easily and without additional tools thanks to the integrated slides. They feature optimum glide properties, even with oily bean types.

LARGE SELECTION

The glass operating unit, impresses with its ultramodern design and is the key to 32 individually programmable beverage creations of coffee and/or milk. The right section comprises up to 16 programmable preselection buttons that are used for different mug and cup sizes, for a second, low-fat milk type or for the preselection of the bean type. The product buttons, arranged around the graphic display on the left, are pressed to dispense your desired coffee speciality as preselected.

Evolution Plus with AUTOSTEAM Pro
Would you like to automate beverage preparation while still being able to foam milk manually? The 2-Step approach is the complete solution without integrated milk. The first step is to prepare the coffee beverage. In the second step, the milk is foamed using the Autosteam Pro steam wand. Finally, the desired beverage is mixed in the classical way by hand.
Autosteam Pro for milk foam enjoyment With Autosteam Pro you can heat or foam milk at the touch of a button. Milk, air and steam are automatically mixed to create a perfect milk foam. The temperature and air supply can be individually programmed for each product. Milk foam at the touch of a button Use the freely programmable buttons for the Autosteam Pro. Whether Cappuccino or Latte Art you will obtain precisely the milk foam quality you need. And thanks to the temperature sensor, it will always be at the right temperature. Personalized enjoyment With the two-step variant, you can readily offer different milk types. Even soy and lactose-free milk can be foamed at the touch the button. Coffee-milk specialities are currently the in thing. Today successful restaurateurs rely on coffee machines with a milk system. To meet the trend towards higher milk consumption, Franke offers a refrigeration unit with a storage space of 10 liters. The milk system integrated in refrigeration unit KE320 delivers the milk to the foaming head using a pump. The machine dispenses cold and/or hot fresh milk or hot milk foam. One particular advantage of the milk system is that it serves constant amounts when demand is high and at peak times. A second milk type, such as low-fat milk, can be processed as well. The optional chocolate powder dosing unit or Flavour Station can be employed to add flavored coffees to the beverage selection. The fresh milk version is particularly suitable for chain concepts and individual restaurants with a broad range of coffee creations.

Very simple operation and product selection
On the modern glass display of the Evolution Plus, you can individually program 32 different beverage creations of coffee, milk, chocolate and flavor.
Preselection buttons Make the desired preselection, for example: Cup size Vanilla flavor Decaffeinated bean type The selected preselection buttons start to flash. The operator of the coffee machine can readily see the preselection made. Up to 16 freely programmable buttons are located on the right. Here you can select the cup size, milk type, bean type etc. Depending on the model, you can choose the milk foam quality and/or flavors as well. It is also possible to assign frequently dispensed products to a button or to set various milk and foam qualities. The function buttons are illuminated to make operation even easier.

Product buttons Select the beverage, for example: Cappuccino Latte Macchiato to start preparation of the beverage; your preselection is taken into account. On the left, surrounding the graphic display, are the product buttons either 1 x 8 or up to 4 x 6 on four levels. The combination of preselection buttons and product buttons makes operation easy, intuitive and clearly arranged.
