1. PARTICIPANTS 1.1. This promotion is only available on purchases of the FinePix F72EXR in the UK. 1.2. Participants must be resident in the UK. 1.3. All participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. 1.4. Employees of Fujifilm (UK) Ltd (Fujifilm), its subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter. 1.5 This promotion is only available on NEW cameras, and NOT on refurbished models. 2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE 2.1. To enter the promotion, the participant must purchase a Fujifilm FinePix F72EXR within the UK during the promotional dates specified in Clause 2.2 below. 2.2. Purchases must be made between Thursday 24th December 2009 and Sunday 31st January 2010 to take advantage of this promotion. Purchases made after 31st January 2010 will not be eligible for Cashback under this promotion. 2.3. To claim the Cashback, participants must submit a valid claim before Friday 26th February 2010: 2.3.1. Fully and correctly completing either; (i) a claim form available in-store; or (ii) a claim form which can be downloaded from www.fujifilm.co.uk/cashbackF72EXR. The claim form can also be obtained by contacting the promoter; and 2.3.2.The participant must then send the completed claim form, together with the original receipt to the following address; January Cashback F72EXR Promotion, Fujifilm UK, Unit 13, St Martins Way, Bedford, MK42 0LF. 2.4. All claims must be received by the closing date of 26th February 2010. Fujifilm will not process any claims received after this date and accepts no responsibility for claims lost or delayed. 2.5. Upon receipt and verification of the claim, Fujifilm will issue a sterling cheque payable to the name supplied on the claim form (the claimant) and will post this cheque, together with the original receipt, to the address specified on the claim form. 2.6. Fujifilm will endeavour to issue a cheque within 28 days of receipt of a valid claim. 2.7. Only one claim per product purchased may be made. 2.8. The original till receipt (photocopies not accepted) or or a printed copy of your order confirmation for internet purchases must be sent to Fujifilm with the claim form. 2.9. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. 2.10. No responsibility will be accepted for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post or for those claims not received by the closing date specified in Clause 2.4. 2.11. Claims will be disqualified and invalid if incomplete or illegible. 2.12. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion whatsoever. 3. CASHBACK This Cashback offer is as follows: Fujifilm FinePix F72EXR - 30 per promotional product. Absolutely no alternative is available. 3.1. The Cashback will be sent to the person named as claimant in the form of a cheque and no alternative arrangement will be entered into. 3.2. It is the claimants responsibility to cash the cheque whilst it is still valid. 4. THE PROMOTER 4.1. The Promoter is Fujifilm (UK) Ltd. of Unit 10a, St Martins Way, Bedford, MK42 0LF. 5. DISCLAIMERS 5.1. Fujifilm (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Fujifilms liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Fujifilm. 5.2. Fujifilm (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of God, supervening legislation, or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution. 5.3. Fujifilm reserves the right to void this promotion at any time and change the terms and conditions without incurring any liability. 6. JURISDICTION 6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where any contract is made in Scotland, in which case it will be governed by Scottish law.
