I really like this camera, especially with all the features for the price. AA batts! (Use rechargable nimh. (Edited April 01st by mtman22) I got this $900+ camera for $399 and it was the best deal that I have run across in years.

I have experience with the professional Canon 1D and 5D. I wanted a very light and powerful point-and-shoot. At first I found it hard to understand (complicated). Then I took it with me to a camera show.

I am an avid user of the S9100 now for two years. I have not had a single problem. My images are exactly what I need and to my liking. Fujifilm considered that this camera is too good for the price and retired it from the market.

The 9100 is feature-packed and well built, comfortable and familiar to hold and operate. Movie mode is great. Got this as a replacement for my E-20N,...
