The Fujitsu LIFEBOOK S710 notebook can be configured with one of five Intel Core processors with optional vPro technology to help your business cut costs and increase efficiency by taking advantage of intelligent performance and unique hardware-assisted security and manageability features. The LED backlit HD LCD display is capable of producing an extremely crisp image. The LED backlight provides saturated colors and deep blacks. LED technology is also power efficient, giving your battery longer life between charges.
Easy Deployment & Management
Fujitsu offers a built-in biometric fingerprint swipe sensor that eliminates the need for managing multiple passwords. With a simple swipe of your finger, you can quickly and safely log on to a protected system and online accounts without having to enter cumbersome passwordseasy to use, very difficult to breach. The embedded TCG 1.2-compliant TPM protects digital identification as well as data, and can be used for platform authentication. It also allows users to securely store private keys and certificates for file and folder encryption, Web, email, digital signatures, and passwords. The dedicated Smart Card slot supports a wide range of third-party applications, such as secure online transactions, personalized authentication services, access to personal data, and e-cash storage options. With more than 800,000 possible passwords, the integrated, theft-deterring Security Panel provides both supervisor and user password levels, keeping your sensitive data accessible to only those who should see it. The optional Computrace service provides a way of tracking and recovering stolen notebooks whenever they are connected to the internet.

For wireless connectivity the Fujitsu S710 can be configured with Atheros XSPAN 802.11BGN wireless or Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 AGN wireless. With both 56K modem and Gigabit (10/100/1000) Ethernet LAN built-in, you can easily plug into your office network and the Internet at home or at work. If you use a Bluetooth-enabled cellular phone or PDA, your LIFEBOOK S710 notebook is equipped with integrated Bluetooth (version 2.1) wireless technology for data synchronization and swapping images or data.
The intelligent Fujitsu Shock Sensor technology protects your hard drive from accidental bumps that could otherwise destroy your valuable data. The spill-resistant keyboard significantly increases your notebook's survivability when used around liquids.
