Galaxy Gold
Galaxy Gold is an advanced, high performance software application that enables remote servicing and programming, via the public telephone network, of any Galaxy panel with a Galaxy Telecom Module installed. Alternatively, a dedicated connection between Galaxy Gold and a single Galaxy control panel can be established via a Galaxy RS232 Module. Communication, is initiated by either Galaxy Gold or the control panel. Once connected, Galaxy Gold provides complete control over the Galaxy panel, enabling full function remote servicing to be carried out. The Galaxy Gold menu options provide the operator with a comprehensive range of features that alIow site data to be copied to and stored on the PC, modified and overwritten to panels, as well as allowing the creation and off-line programming of sites prior to the commissioning of new Galaxy panels. Note: Galaxy Gold is compatible with Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows ME.

AIarm Monitoring
Alarm Monitoring is designed to be used either remotely, receiving signals from remote Galaxy sites, via the Telecom Module, or on-site receiving signals directly via an RS232 interface. The encrypted alarm transmissions are captured by the Alarm Monitoring software and presented to the operator in a precise and detailed manner. The operator is prompted to acknowledge each alarm before taking appropriate action. The activity of each alarm is recorded and time stamped.

MaxiMAX (MX12)

Telecom module (E062)

Optional add-on to the Galaxy control panel. It is intended for connection to the Galaxy 8, 18, 60, 128, 500, 504 and 512 (High Security) control panels. Highly intelligent and compact module, combining both digital communication capabilities and remote servicing facilities. As a digital communicator (digicom), the Telecom Module transmits alarm signals using a number of signalling formats. as a remote servicing device the Telecom Module can be used in conjunction with Galaxy Gold software - to remotely access the Galaxy control panel, allowing copying and overwriting of panel programming and on-line servicing.
