Card Games
Touch Blackjack
Single player Playing against the dealer, your aim is to get as close to 21 as possible; 21 is Blackjack. Firstly choose the amount of chips you would like to wager. You are then dealt two cards, and the dealer is dealt two, with one visible to you. From this, you must decide whether to Stick if you think youll beat the dealer, or Hit if you want another card. Picture cards are worth 10 points, and Aces are worth either 1 or 11. Choosing Double once the cards have been dealt allows you to double your bet. Use the Nintendo DS stylus to tap on chips and buttons.
Free Cell
Single player In Free Cell, all 52 cards are dealt into rows. The aim is to arrange all cards in piles from Ace to King on the four foundation piles at the top of the screen. Move any card onto a higher number of a different colour in order to arrange them. Use the Nintendo DS stylus to tap on cards and buttons.
Tri Towers
Single player In Tri Towers you must clear three pyramids of cards. A card is dealt from the pack at the bottom of the screen. You must then tap on a card that is one higher or one lower in value than the dealt card. The card you click on then becomes the next in-play card. When face-down cards are uncovered, they will turn over and come into play. If you cant go, tap the deck of cards at the bottom. Aces are both high and low. Use the Stylus to tap on cards and buttons.
Klondike
Single player In Klondike, you must move all cards from the deck and seven stacks onto the four foundation piles in the upper-right of the screen. Cards must be placed in ascending order from Ace to King. Use the Nintendo DS stylus to tap on cards and buttons.
NTR-B5NP-EUR(EFIGS)_TnP_inners_updated.indd 3
Spider
Single player The aim of Spider is to build descending suits from King to Ace by dragging cards in numeric order onto a card which is one higher in value. This game has a choice of Easy, Medium and Hard difficulties, which determines whether you have one, two or four suits. Use the Stylus to tap on cards and buttons.
Single player The aim of Golf is to move as many cards as possible to the waste pile. You can move cards one value higher or lower than the face-up card on the waste pile. Use the Stylus to tap on cards and buttons.
Sir Tommy
Single player Cards are dealt one at a time. When an ace turns up, it forms a foundation and is built up to King regardless of suit. Four such foundations should be built. A card that cannot yet be placed on the foundation is placed onto one of four wastepiles; once placed, it cannot be moved. The top cards of each wastepile are available to be placed on the foundations. The game is won if all cards are emptied from the wastepiles and built on the foundations. Use the Stylus to tap on cards and buttons.
Monte Carlo
Single player In Monte Carlo, 25 cards are dealt in five rows of five, and the rest of the pack is placed in a stack to the side. You must discard pairs of cards that are adjacent to each other, such as two Jacks. If there are no pairs left, tap to stack to fill in the gaps that youve created.
