This game is like the original Nintendo version (which is awesome), and the best game that Nintendo has put out in years. Fast shipping as usual. Very fun. Harder than was expected. Playing 3 player co-op took 7 hours to get to World 8. This was the first time I used JR.com.

This game for a brand new plot then you will be vastly disappointed. Although this is the latest Mario title. From the moment the title screen pops up and plays that familiar tune that takes you right back to those halcyon days of childhood.

Really good game both my 3 and 8 year old can play together. I have never played a better 2-D platformer. So addicting right from the start and even better with a friend.

This is a must own of any fans from the oldschool titles, or just about any wii owner. This is a blast to play with 1-4 players. If you own a wii.

The New Super Mario Bros. Is a new twist on the mario series. It is good that the mario platformer was finally brought to the Wii.. This is a great game. For myself it brings back nostalgia of the original super mario world on the snes.

Well, I love the 2.5D graphics being remixed from old school yet 3D polygons. Heaps of levels, lots of fasinating variations on the game with being able to ride Yoshi and now being able to fly for a period of time.

Mario, The Face of Nintendo
Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Character Strategy Guide 1
By Daniel Misfit119 Acaba
Who here can honestly say that they dont know the plumber extraordinaire, Mario? Even though we never see him do any actual plumbing we do see him do a lot of cleaning up as he battles Bowser and his minions to rescue Princess Peach time and time again. Using a variety of power-ups, including the famous Fire Flower, Mario has saved the Mushroom Kingdom time and time again. Anyone who has ever played a Super Smash Bros. game will immediately be familiar with Mario. He is one of the most well rounded characters in the game, strong and quick with a variety of useful Special Moves and Smashes. There have been a few modifications to his repertoire, most notable is F.L.U.D.D, the talking, water-spraying backpack from Super Mario Sunshine. The changes to his arsenal make him even more versatile and a bigger threat than he has ever been before. This plumber is suitable for newcomers and veterans alike.

Combat Strategies

Lets face it, the fat little plumber can do just about anything that you set him to. While he isnt one of the most powerful characters he more than makes up for it with his speed and versatile moveset. Many of his moves are rather utilitarian and work in a number of situations so you wont need to memorize too many moves with specialized uses. - Marios Sweep Attack is one of the best ledge guarding maneuvers in the game. It will send enemys flying away and downwards, sending them plummeting if used properly. There are few enemies who can recover from this sort of attack and most of them must be in the hands of very skilled players to be safe. - Marios Cape attack can be used to reflect attacks back at their firer. This works on both projectiles and some of the offensive items. This does a good amount of damage and if you hit someone with the cape it turns them around, setting them up to be hit with a combo. - Yes, FLUDD does no damage but its still one of Marios best moves. If have an enemy who has been thrown out of bounds, charge up FLUDD to its max charge. Now hit the enemy with the stream of water and they will be staggered and stunned, plummeting to their doom. This only works when it is fully charged and you must hit them dead on to get the full effect. - If you have a bunch of enemies fighting each other, leave them be. Stand back and fling off fireballs to do some damage without drawing too much attention to Mario. If they retaliate in kind you do have that cape to protect yourself with. - Mario doesnt have as many juggle type attacks as most characters but if you knock an enemy up you can charge up your special moves and smashes to inflict a good amount of damage. Your best bet is to not rely on straight up combos and instead rely on single strong strikes until you get used to Marios fighting style. - In most knock down brawls Mario will lose unless he is fighting someone very weak like Princess Peach. Use his maneuverability and his special moves to ensure that you are able to keep them on the ropes enough for you to knock them off the ledges. You can then play keep away and try to ensure that they never make it back up onto the platforms. - Two of Marios best moves are his Fire Punch and his Meteor Strike. You can use the Fire Punch to hammer on an enemy and attempt to knock them out of bounds while Meteor Strike can be used to keep them off the platform rather well. Make sure you know how to use these moves to the best of your ability. - If you havent already noticed, Mario rather excels at keeping people off the platforms. Use that to your advantage and make that a focus of your fighting style until you get better with him. Then you can try to pull off all the crazy combos that can imagine.

Paper Mario Easter Eggs and Secrets (Wii)

Fun game.on paper

Paper Mario, called during production Super Mario RPG 2, known in Japan as Mario Story is a role-playing video game developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64. It was first released in Japan on August 11, 2000, in North America on February 5, 2001, and in Europe on October 5, 2001. Paper Mario was a spiritual sequel to Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars for the Super NES and is the first game in the Paper Mario series of video games. It has had two sequels released; the first, for the Nintendo GameCube entitled Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, and a second for the Wii entitled Super Paper Mario, which is designed as a platformer with role-playing elements. The game's English title comes from its unique graphical style, reminiscent of older Mario titles, which features 2-D looking characters resembling paper cutouts contained within 3-D environments, with a full range of 3-D movement, hence the name. The game was re-released on Wii's Virtual Console.Easter EggsLuigi's Secret Basement First, get the Super Boots. Then, go to Mario's house via Toad Town and stomp the ground inside Mario and Luigi's bedroom. Eventually, you'll see a tile on the floor going up when you stomp. Stomp on that tile and the floor will bust open Luigi's secret basement and inside is his own secret diary!Original NES MarioIn Boo Mansion, go through the door across the hall from the entrance, the one with a large jar in it. Jump in the jar and NES Mario pops out! Leave the room or jump back in to change back.Shocked LuigiTo give Luigi a real scare, exit Boo's Mansion BEFORE getting Lady Bow. Return to Toad Town (You still have to fight Jr. Troopa, darn it), jump into your Pipe and return home. Enter Mario's room and look for a strange-looking part of the floorboards (Entrance to Luigi's Diary). Go through and Luigi will be writing in his diary. He sees you, becoming stunned for a moment, then fleeing. For fun only. Does NOT affect storyline or Luigi's Diary entries.SecretsAvoid fighting the buzzardOn Mt. Rugged, when you encounter the Buzzard enemy, tell it that your name is Luigi, and you won't have to fight it.Avoid using FPIf you can pull off a FP-consuming attack outside of battle (Such as a Spin Jump) and get a First Strike, you will automatically use that attack in battle without using any FP. This also works for Mario's partners' attacks. Free unlimited heartsWhile in toad town, from the post office head to the right. Eventually you will see 3 blue creatures. The one on the left moves its eyes and the other two don't. Walk in circles around the one with moving eyes to receive more and more hearts!Original Mario musicWhen a new chapter begins, wait a little while and the original ''Super Mario Bros.'' music will play.Unlimited leveling up and easy expNormally all enemies stop giving you star points when you pass a certain level and you're forced to visit a new area to be able to build any levels. However, there is one hidden enemy in the game you can fight repeatedly regardless of your level and will give you over 40 star points, the equivalent of fighting 40 easy enemies. In the flower fields, take the bottom right hand path and cross the spikes with lakilister. A glowing amayzee dayzee will randomly appear with 1/4 odds. It may run away, so try a dizzy spin attack to daze it before the battle starts and kill it in two turns for massive star points. Travel two screens away and repeat the battle to hit the max level easily. Here's a funny fan video, showing some Paper Mario bloopers:
