Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II Codes and Glitches (Xbox)
A couple of tricks for the RPG fans
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II is a role-playing game released for the PlayStation 2 on December 2, 2001 (US) and the Xbox on January 20, 2004 (US). It is the sequel to Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance and was developed by Black Isle Studios. The story of Dark Alliance II begins with the three characters from the original game being surrounded and captured by a large group of creatures, led by a vampire, Mordoc. After this scene, players control one of several characters seeking fame, fortune and other goals. The players eventually learned of Mordoc's plot to restore the Onyx Tower and they must prevent this by activating elemental foundations in the planes of fire, water, earth and air. Each character has his or her own Act IV sidequest that can be unlocked through certain NPCs. These sidequests could only be unlocked if the player gave increasing amounts of gold in exchange for the same number of experience points.CodesLevel Warp, Invulnerability, Easy Levels and GoldEnter either of these codes during gameplay (not in any menus). Note: the Easy Levels and Gold code only works once per save file, you cannot load another character into that file and use it again nor can you use it more than once for a character.Hold L+R+A+B+X+Y and push start (while still holding all aforementioned buttons) - brings you into an alternate pause menu which gives the options of level warping (transporting to any given level) and toggling Invulnerability. Hold L+R+A+B+X+Y and push the white button (while still holding all aforementioned buttons) - Sets your character at level 10 with 45 available skill points and $500,000. UnlockablesNew charactersBeat the game once on any setting to unlock Drizzt. Finish extreme mode to unlock Aremis.Artemis Entreri Complete Extreme Mode Drizzt Do'Urdan - Beat the game on any setting Extreme Mode Beat the game on any setting GlitchesBuy experience for DornYou can actually buy experience for Dorn. I like to call it 'piggybacking' experience. As long as Dorn is in the game, anytime you buy experience with another player, he also gets that experience. Example: In the Tavern, you can buy experience for Vhaidra by talking to her half-sister. As long as Dorn is in the game with her, he also gets the bought experience. The easiest way to do this cheat for Dorn would be:1) Get to the tavern in Baldur's Gate.2) Goto the select character screen from the start menu.3) Either import or create the Vhaidra character4) Have the Vhaidra character talk to her half-sister.5) Buy the experience.6) Goto the select character screen from the start menu.7) Delete the Vhaidra character. You can do this with any character combination, but it's most useful with Dorn, as he doesn't have his own experience buying opportunity.Duplicate ItemsTo duplicate items you need to have two controllers and two different exported characters. 1) Start off by loading the game save of the character that has the items that you want to be duped. 2) Pause the game and go to change character and with the second player selected, load the character you want as your ''mule''. 3) Drop the item(s) you want duped and have the ''mule'' pick it up. 4) Export the ''mule''. 5) Have the ''mule'' drop the item(s) and have your original character pick them back up. 6) Go to change character under the pause menu and under the second player screen, import the ''mule'' you exported. For best affect, have your original character drop the items again and have your ''mule'' pick it up, export and give the items back that way you are doubling the items each time. How to have more than one 'pet' with Ysuran. You can actually have more than one summon with Ysuran's 'Shadow Conjure' or 'Animate Dead'. To do so, you must perform the following instructions:1. Summon a helper with 'Shadow Conjure' or 'Animate Dead'.2. Save your game.3. Load your game again. (Now, your summon should still be where you saved. At this point in time you can summon another 'pet'.)4. Repeat steps 1-3.You can do this as many times as you want, just beware of the

possible lag of having too many 'pets'Maximum Experience For Characters With Unique Quest NPCs That Sell ExperienceAny character that can ''pay'' for experience with their respective unique personal quest NPC (such as Allessia tithing to Huros) can potentially gain the maximum experience possible. - Save your game - Go to your character's respective quest NPC - ''Buy'' the experience, in all amounts (2K, 4K, 8K, and 16K) - Export your character - Load the game you saved before-hand - Import the character you exported afterwards - Repeat Steps 2-6 Note: Works only on characters with NPCs that will ''sell'' the experience. Barbarian tanks need not apply. Here's the trailer of this great Xbox RPG:

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance Cheat Codes and Secrets (GameCube)
Using tricks in RPGs can come in handy
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance is an action role-playing game developed by Snowblind Studios for the PlayStation 2 and later for the Xbox, Nintendo GameCube and Game Boy Advance, originally released in 2001. It began the Dark Alliance series of games. The battle system in the game is simplistic, but includes customizable aspects. The human archer, for example, can assign experience points to enchanting arrows rather than to strength, which will result in more powerful arrows. Likewise, the Elven sorceress is capable of selecting between different spells. However, starting character statistics are preset and the player may only customize his or her character's statistics through gaining experience points. There are also relatively few non-player characters: the only characters who may be spoken to are those who are part of a quest or sidequest. Dark Alliance was built on a much more powerful game engine than the PC Baldur's Gate series, which utilized the Infinity Engine an engine debuting in 1998 which exclusively used sprite characters and static, pre-rendered backgrounds. The Dark Alliance engine allowed for such things as dynamic lighting, real-time shadowing, fully rendered backgrounds and 3d character models. Codes Cheat CodesAt the character choice screen, press and hold the following codes to get the desired cheat:Simultaneously press and hold L, R, X and Right on the D-Pad - 190,000 experience, 500 skill points and all or most spells/feats. Hold X + L + R (half-way) + Left, then press Z - Cheat Menu Simultaneously hold L, R, Y, Left on the D-Pad and press start Invulnerability and Level Warp At the character choice screen, press and hold L and R, then tap A. Keep pressing L and R until Drizzt comes onto the screen - Play as Drizzt UnlockablesBeat the game to earn the following:Extreme Mode - Beat the Gauntlet Level to unlock Extreme Difficulty Gauntlet Level - Beat the game under any difficulty. Play as Drizzt - Beat the game under extreme difficulty to be able to play as Drizzt. GlitchesEasy item duplicationIn order to make this work, you must have at least two save files on your game. With this secret, you can easily duplicate items between saved games. First, load the game that you wish to put the items into (or start a new game.) It must be a one player game. Pause the game and go to the change character option. Highlight the second player window and hit ''Y'' to import the character with the items you wish to duplicate. Select the saved file you wish to import from and then choose the character from that saved game. Hit ''A'' to confirm, the game will reload and both characters will be in the game. Have the character with the good items drop all of his items. Then go back to the change character menu and delete that character from the game. You are left with your first character and all the items the second character dropped. You can sell these or use them. You can actually do this unlimited times, sell all the items and make tons of money.SecretsHave your character as level 26 in 5 minutes.Once you start a new game, choose any character , use the level warp and go to the 3 last Onix Tower floor. (The one with the huge monster) GO to the room with the Large Iron golem and kill it. (does not matter how) You should then level up to Level 26 in one go.Keep playing your character after you beat the gameThis is similar to the item duplication secret. If you have beaten the game and still wish to play one player games with that character, here is how you can. Start a new game with anyone. Import the character you beat the game with into this game. Then delete the beginning player from the game. Your character, who should be around Level. 17 or 18, will be back on the first level of the cellar and you can go through the entire game again. Here's some gameplay footage from this great RPG:
