In the residence halls of the Budapest High School of Fine Arts, the friendship of Zoltan and Gabor was born of the simple fact that both were living far from home. Still in their Freshman year, that friendship blossomed into their first collaborative project when they created illustrations for Galaktika, one of Hungary's most popular science-fiction magazines. Each was influenced by the other's talent, style and vision. Accepting each other's critical remarks and observations, they tried to make use of each other's strengths and advantages. As time went by, their co-illustrating matured into a life-long work affiliation. Much the same way they use one another's strengths, Zoltan and Gabor use a mixture of traditional and digital techniques, utilizing the strengths of each approach to their advantage. Their work is the synthesis of two individual visions, with one common goal.
