Just short of the perfect game... Best Tekken in my opinion, partly because it includes the arcade versions of tekken 1, 2 and 3!

One of the greatest PS2 games ever. Having owned Tekken 2 and 3 in the past, I decided to give this a try. One of the greatest PS2 games ever. Having owned Tekken 2 and 3 in the past, I decided to give this a try.

Best Fighting game I have ever played. Yeah this game is real clean and so is the stories.I started out on tekken 2 and every since then,it took off.But you know what chall should do?
Ray Sabell 4:10pm on Thursday, March 18th, 2010
Lets say that the tekken 4 was a bit flop but let me not capitalize on that why? Tekken 5 is the fifth installment in the tekken series (excluding tekken tag tournament) , and has been dubbed as the "best beat em up of all time.

Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War Hints and Glitches (PS2)
All the moves to keep you flying
Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War is a game for the PlayStation 2 developed by Namco. It is a semi-realistic fighter pilot simulation. It is part of the Ace Combat series of games. In Europe and Australia, this game was released under the title Ace Combat: Squadron Leader. With the campaign mode the player takes on the role of the trainee Blaze of the Osea Air Defense Force (OADF). After a routine training mission resulted in the death of two instructors and numerous trainees, Blaze is bumped up to being an active member of the Wardog squadron that includes Kei Nagase (Edge), Alvin Davenport (Chopper) and squad leader Jack Bartlett (Heartbreak One). Osea is subjected to strange recon activities by an unknown nation, believed to be the nearby Yuktobania, a massive superpower that equally matches Osea in military might. Tensions rise between Osea and Yuktobania and the Wardog squadron is sent to investigate. Soon, The Union of Yuktobanian Republics declares war on the Osean Federation. But, this war was not instigated by Yuktobania, as it is believed early in the game. The fallen nation of Belka (Squirrel in Russian), which was defeated by the allied forces of Osea and Yuktobania in The Belkan War of 1995, sought revenge and set the two nations against each other.GAMEPLAY HINTSSwitch viewsYou can switch views by pressing R3.Auto-target shiftHold Triangle when locked onto an enemy. Your view will automatically shift so that you are looking at the target that you are chasing. This is especially useful in dogfights.More accurate viewIf you switch into cockpit view in some planes, you can see the machine gun that you are firing and therefore be more accurate with it. The F5 has two guns side by side. The gun on the A 10 is very powerful and accurate.Missile viewWhen you fire a missile or a special weapon, hold Circle. The camera will now follow your missile/bomb until it hits the target. Note: Be careful or your airplane may crash.Easy Osean and Razgriz paint schemesUse the free flight missions to max out the F-15's kill rate. You will get the Osean and Razgriz paint schemes for all fighters and also unlock the F-15S/MID and the F-15E.Song decisionDuring one of the early stages of the campaign mode, Chopper will ask you about a song. Your next mission will depend on your answer ("Yes" or "No"). Also, at the end of the stage in which Edge gets rescued, Chopper will again ask you about the same song. Again, your "Yes" or "No" answer will decide which stage is next.Ace Combat 4 referencesOn the level before the last one entitled "Aces", Yuktobanian aicraft and others will join you to fight. There will be a large AWACS aircraft that says that it is AWACS "Oka Nieba" which means "Sky Eye". In Ace Combat 4, Sky Eye was the AWACS that called and gave orders to you.One of your wingmen is named Kai Nagase. In the mission in Ace Combat 4 where you must protect the two planes from Erusian fighters, there is a woman on one of them. She says that her name is Nagase (spelled the same though pronounced slightly differently).During an intermission sequence of one of the middle stages, Pops will talk about the war he was in. While talking he will mention the "Grey Men" and what they did. In the first mission of Ace Combat 4 there is a bomber squadron that you must shoot down. When you shoot some down they will say:.Sears Tower referenceIn the last mission, 27, where you must destroy the SOLGs, notice that the tallest building is the Sears Tower in Chicago.GLITCHESMission 16A: Vertical flightNear the end of the mission, a KC-10 and two E-676s appear, as well as several fighters. When this happens, climb to 30,000 feet and fly towards the enemy formation. When you are directly above them, dive straight down into the enemy formation. When you do this, the KC-10 and E-767s will be climbing vertically up at you instead of flying at you horizontally as they would if approached normally.Mission 27: Wrong exitOn mission 27, "Aces", continue as usual until the tunnel is opened. Instead of flying into the entrance, go

directly north of it towards the exit. Fly towards it from the side, just barely entering it before coming back out. Be careful not to go too far in or you will not be able to get back out without crashing. If done correctly, you should hear Bartlett say "I'm right in front of you kid". Go back, fly through the entrance, and destroy the core. The game should cut directly to the scene of your squad flying out of the exit instead of racing out through the narrow tunnel having planes in front and back of you trying to get out before the shutters close.Mission 27: Shoot down HamiltonAfter you have destroyed enough targets and the new formation of enemy non-target planes appears, turn directly towards them. Once in range, target the lead plane. It should read "Hamilton" under the type of aircraft. Shoot him down with two missiles or other weapons. Once you have destroyed him, finish off the rest of the targets, then fly down the tunnel. Once you have gone into the tunnel far enough, you will hear Hamilton's voice on the radio. This should not be, as you have just shot him down. Note: After you exit the tunnel it will also say that Hamilton was hit by a destroyed plane.Demons Of Razgriz mission: Predict Hrimfaxi appearanceClimb to 7,000 feet and look down with the Right Analog-stick. You can see where the Hrimfaxi is underwater. You will now know where it is going to pop up next and have the advantage.Aces mission: Failed takeoff Take off with any aircraft, then do a roll and crash in the water. It will say that the takeoff failed. When you take off again, your aircraft will not be there. It will say takeoff failed again. In case you had trouble with this great game, here's a short video tutorial for you:

Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War Hints (PS2)
Get the alternate hangar and learn to defeat enemies
Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War is a video game that takes place 15 years before the events of Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War. The game revolves around the rising of tensions between Belka and the combined forces of Osea, Yuktobania, Ustio and Sapin. Several characters from Ace Combat 5 make an appearance in Ace Combat Zero, but they appear in tertiary roles. The gamer plays as a mercenary, "Cipher", hired by the country of Ustio, that was invaded in an attack from Belka. Many elements from Ace Combat 04 and 5 are in this game like "Pops" and the Superweapons. The game features primarily older versions of fighter aircraft seen in its predecessor game, such as F-15, F/A-18 and several second generation aircraft like the Saab Draken. The player will go up against enemy ace squadrons that feature enhanced weaponry and combat prowess. Players who destroy everything without regard to hostility will receive the "Mercenary" rank, players who instead spare neutral targets will receive the "Knight" rank and those that strike a balance between the two will earn the "Soldier" rank. These ranks will affect which enemy ace squadrons a player will face throughout the campaign. A split-screen versus mode is included with the game, but no online feature exists.GAMEPLAY HINTSAlternate hangarEarn an "S" rank in every mission under the Ace difficulty to unlock a new hangar with the Ustio and Galm team flags. Wolfgang Buchner quoteGet all "S" ranks under the Ace difficulty setting to get a quote from "Wolfgang Buchner," also known as "Huckebein the Raven," "Pops," or "Special Forces Second Lieutenant Peter N. Beagle." This quote is as follows: "Eclipsing power is, at times, not only the instrument of demons, but also of gods."The Talon Of RuinTo destroy the XB-O (super bomber) faster, use a plane that can support a FAEB (fuel-air explosive bomb) such as the Su-37 Terminator. Fly close over the XB-O, fire the FAEB, and pull up. Repeat this until you must destroy the Espadas. Then, fire two missiles into the front of the XB-O. Note: You cannot destroy the super ship until you destroy the Espadas. Mobius 1 dogfightDuring the Gauntlet mission, defeating the fourth squadron, Espada, in under a minute will put an extra aircraft in the next fight, Mobius One. Mobius will immediately shoot down all the other aircraft with a barrage of missiles (unless you manage to destroy them first). You will then have a one-on-one dogfight with Mobius. He will fire a barrage of missiles in your direction from any angle. Note: This only works under the Ace difficulty setting. Fly as Mobius 1, Yellow 13, or RazgrizThe soldier paint scheme for the F/A-22A Raptor is that of Mobius 1 from Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies, including the I.S.A.F Ribbon insignia on the tail. The mercenary scheme for the Su-37 Terminator is Yellow 13's colors from Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies. It even changes the aircraft number from 032 to 013. The soldier scheme for the F-14D Super Tomcat is that of the Razgriz from Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War, also including an insignia change to match. One of the best intro cutscenes of the series is available here:

Full description

Namco's console flight sim series continues in Ace Combat 5. Set in the near future of an alternate reality, the game has players taking to the skies in one of 50 realistic, modern aircraft, to defend their fictional home country of Oesa. Teamwork is crucial in this edition of the game; players take full command of their own squadrons, and will be challenged to make on-the-spot tactical decisions that may determine the failure or success of a mission. The series' staple dogfighting is also prevalent, of course, so virtual pilots will have many opportunities to demonstrate their flying skills in the heat of battle. The game's main campaign tells its story over 30 individual missions, highlighted with cut scenes. As usual, Oesa is at odds with its longtime rival nation Yuktobania, but the appearance of an unidentified aircraft, capable of decimating an entire Tactical Fight squadron, may shake things up. The Ace Combat series began in arcades, and originally came to consoles as the PlayStation game Air Combat. The series moved to the 128-bit generation with Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies, followed by this fifth release. ~ T.J. Deci, All Game Guide
