Ok, I played BYW and I thought it was pretty good. I think this game would be pretty good too, infact better. The music on the original was cool.

Backyard Wrestling 2: There Goes the Neighborhood Unlockables and Glitches (PS2)
Unlock all videos and complete Junkyard
Backyard Wrestling 2: There Goes the Neighborhood is the second installment in the Backyard Wrestling series and was released on XBox and Playstation 2. The licensed soundtrack includes music by Andrew W.K., Kool Keith, the Insane Clown Posse, Bad Brains, Body Count, Six and Violence and Hoobastank. It was developed by Paradox Development, now owned by Midway Games Inc. and is published by the Eidos Group of Companies as a subsidiary of the UK computer game publisher, SCi Entertainment Group PLC.The roster of underground wrestlers features more than 20 combatants, including notable hardcore wrestlers, music personalities and a few adult film actresses. The game was greatly improved over its predecessor, including a more in-depth create-a-wrestler mode. Interestingly, the game included a switch for turning the game's blood effects on and off in contrast to the original game's lack of said switch.UnlockablesCompleting Career ModePlay Career Mode With Any In-Game Wrestlers - Complete Career mode once. Unlock all videos in Media Room - Complete career mode once Easter EggsThrill Kill Easter Egg.As you may or may not know, Paradox made the now infamous never-released-highly-bootlegged game, Thrill Kill. When you create a wrestler, go into the logo creation. Among few logos beneath the Paradox logo is the Thrill Kill Demon logo. GlitchesRetain Previous Career Stats In A New CareerComplete career mode with your career saved in the first save slot (the top of the list). Now start a new career, saved in the second slot. After you're in career mode, select Exit Career to go back to the career selection screen. The game will autosave your new career as you exit. Now delete your first career, the one you completed. This will move your new career from the second save slot to the first. Load/Play that career and you'll see that you now have the following stats from your original saved career: Overall Tier 1-3 Win/Loss, Win Percentage and Opponents Seen.SecretsComplete Junkyard: Mission: Attack Challenge; The Easy WayThis mission requires you to block 50 consecutive attacks. If you miss one, you have to start over from zero. As you can imagine, this is quite tough. Thanks to a non-obvious fault of the game, there's a really easy (but kind of long) way to complete this task. As soon as the match starts and you can control your character, press the Block button (R2). If done correctly, your character will get into a defensive position and won't be able to move. The computer controlled opponent should start to punch and kick you (if you're lucky, he'll hit you with a weapon). As long as you hold down the Block button, you won't take any damage and you'll start earning your 50 blocks. As soon as you see your opponent do a move that looks like it's unblockable, quickly pause the game. Check your Block counter at the bottom of the screen to make sure it's not at zero, then quit the match. The game will autosave your progress as it takes you back to the menu. Once you're back at the menu, press X two times to go back into another match. As before, hold down the Block button when you have control of your character and quickly exit to the menu as soon as you see your opponent do a move that might drop your Block counter down to zero. If your counter accidentally drops down to zero, reboot your PS2 immediately (don't exit to the menu, or let the game end the match, or else it will autosave your zero count). The game will reboot and pull your last saved progress off your memory card. If you keep this up, you'll eventually get to 50 Blocks. This secret trick was successfully tested with the AI Difficulty set to Low. I don't know how well it'll work on Medium and High.Play as ZandigTo obtain Zandig, defeat him first and then buy his movie in the shop to unlock him as a playable character.Top-notch wrestling action below:

Backyard Wrestling Hints III (PS2)

Get easy wins

Backyard Wrestling is a series of wrestling games aimed at young people, released for the Xbox and for the PlayStation 2 in 2003. It was developed by Paradox Development, while the publishers of the series are Eidos.Backyard Wrestling is also a term used for executing moves as seen on television or in live shows while not being trained to perform them. Professional wrestlers are highly prepared for their stunts, not to mention the kind of help they receive from props and cinematic angles, from which the average person does not benefit. There's an ongoing debate on whether practicing wrestling-like moves outside the official sporting venue is a bad thing or not. However, do not try to imitate anything you see in this game. Backyard Wrestling offers a rather humorous take on the whole wrestling frenzy that is sweeping the world. All the wrestlers in the game are kids. You can choose one of the already existing characters, or you can create your own wrestler so that you can then pit them against already established names.Because the backdrop of the wrestling game is a backyard, as suggested by the title, there are a lot of things different from professional wrestling. The moves are even more outrageous than in real fights and physics much more forgiving. Also, everything within the game world can be used to hit the adversary or as props for even more weird fighting moves. Do not try any of these in real life!GAMEPLAY HINTSTruckstop: Catch hay on fireIrish Whip your opponent into the gas tanks closest to the ICP. The hay will catch fire and you can now whip your opponent into the fire.Unlocking bonus wrestlers easily Complete talk show mode with a user created wrestler. Modify the created wrestler for each segment. After completing the mode, the unlocked players will fight you in the bonus games except Masked Horn Dog and El Drunko. Easy winsKnock out your opponent and light the mattress on fire. After that, your opponent will probably wake up. Knock him out again, then grapple him and walk him over to the fire. Let him get out of the hold, then you can walk out of the fire. Here's a video:

Aspiring backyard champions create a custom character, who will battle his or her way through a slew of other contenders in the hope of winning a spot on an upcoming Backyard Wrestling pay-per-view event. The sequel boasts a new graphics engine, which can create more realistic background environments as well as better detailed characters and animations. It also has a new control scheme, intended to offer more precise command of a wrestler's moves without becoming too complex for the fast-paced action.
