Aerating for a Healthier Lawn (Regular Care)
When you aerate your lawn, any blades of grass that are lying horizontally are returned to their upright position so that they can be cleanly cut when you mow your lawn. Grass cuttings are also combed out of the grass to prevent moss forming and the grass becoming matted. You should aerate your lawn regularly in the spring and autumn when the grass and soil are still moist. This will help your lawn breathe.
The Right Way to Fertilise Your Lawn
Fertilising is like a spa treatment for your lawn. The Universal Spreader makes it easy to distribute fertiliser evenly. How often should you fertilise your lawn ? This will depend on how regularly you mow and water your lawn. We recommend fertilising your lawn at least twice a year: In the late spring after scarifying your lawn. In the summer (but not when the weather is dry).
