This recertified product is sold advertised with lifetime traffic. I had the disapointement to discover, after registering. I enjoy the new features as compared to my first generation Garmin. Works great especially in large cities None

Battery indicates that it is low after 5-10 minutes, but actually lasted 2 1/2 hours. Four weeks ago the battery indicator was working fine. This is my first GPS. I have no sense of direction. I can go anywhere now. It is so easy to use and so nice to see how far to the next gas station.

Using Your nvi FM Transmitter in the United States
Use of FM transmitters is currently illegal in certain European countries due to specific radio frequency restrictions. You must check the local regulations in all European countries in which you intend to use the FM transmitter to ensure its legality. You accept full responsibility for complying with all such laws and regulations applicable in your particular country of operation. Garmin disclaims all responsibility for your failure to follow local laws and regulations. This FM transmitter should be limited to audio transmission for personal use only.
While use of FM transmitters is legal in the United States, the allowable output power for FM transmitters is lower in the United States than it is in those European countries that allow FM transmitters.
